Hubmistil is a small Kennel that was est 1995. Our first Vizsla was from Hubertus Kennels and we have been devoted to the breed since then. over the past 27 years, we have bred and owned, multiple Aust Champions and Supreme Champions. We have had success in Royal shows at both breed and group levels. The Hubmistil breed for temperament type, and the family member. All inquiries are welcome.

We have hip scored the parents And DNA tested all the lines we breed with for the peace of mind purchaser to be assured that they are safe from unexpected complications we strive for lovely happy and plentiful litters to bring into many family homes We live in town in BARHAM NSW these dogs are perfect for this climate and terrain, low maintenance coat and very few breed faults, most likely they want to be with you all the time. Since 1996 we have been devoted to this wonderful breed, raring dogs that are competitive and successful in the conformation ring and most importantly have wonderful temperaments and natural H P R characteristics. We are also the very proud breeder/owner/handler of NSW's first Supreme Champion Titled Hungarian Vizsla, Supreme Champion Gamecall Emerge. Puppies will occasionally be available from quality, health tested dogs. Our own dogs are hip and elbow scored with scores below the breed average and our entire dogs have been DNA tested Clear of Cerebellar Ataxia.

Involved in the breed since 1998, our bloodlines are unique in the Southern Hemisphere. Significant investment in importing healthy semen and dogs from some of the world's most successful kennels. We rely mainly on word of mouth so we can invest in our dogs and breeding program. Our dogs are Best In Show, Best In Specialty and Best In Group winners, winners at Sydney Royal Easter Show, and Show Champions with significant international success in the UK and the USA. One of our dogs is the youngest to ever win a Challenge Certificate in the UK, at its biggest 2 day show, competing against 75 other vizslas. Mentored by and continuing the bloodlines of Kimlise and Pitswarren Hungarian Vizslas. Our dogs are known for their outgoing easy going temperaments, their moderate size and their good bone. Significant hours are invested in preparing each pup his or her new home, educating and supporting our puppy families, and providing resources. Feedback from numerous families, and on social media, supports these claims. Our career as one of Australia's top legal due diligence professionals informs our approach to breeding and homes. We have established our Folkvangr Kennel after being involved with the breed for many years, during that time learning a huge amount from breeders in NZ and overseas. We have shown Hungarian Vizsla's we have owned to their conformation titles in NZ, all of them earning group and show awards along the way. We have also exposed them to hunt tests with only the limitations of the handler slowing their progress, we plan to get involved in Field trialing in the future as we believe it is important for the breed to be recognised for not only conformation but hunting prowess also. Now living in Australia we had our first litter here in 2019. We are so happy with the puppies , and have kept the female. We can’t wait to get her into the show ring. Our waiting list for puppies is currently full.

We have one female puppy who will be available to a suitable home in February 2025. Metropolis is ranked no 1 in NSW for conformation and no 3 breeder nationally (dogzonline pointscore 2024). Despite our outstanding conformation results, our focus has always been temperament then conformation, with health a fundamental. All our dogs come from Australian, American and English Champions, and feedback is displayed on our website. This litter is a predominantly English mother with a predominantly English father, and a small amount of American bloodlines from one of Australia's top quality producing sires. Our pups all go home with extensive Puppy Manuals, samples of premium food, and BarkBusters support. Of course they are all microchipped, wormed and have had first vaccinations. All our adult Vizslas are sold as family companions only (ie not for breeding or show). They come registered with Dogs Australia which means you can do dog sports if you are interested in this. All enquiries are welcome though Brisbane/South East Queensland based homes are preferred.
