Homerdane is a small family kennel and only breed occasionally
- Black and Fawn.
We have been involved with Great Danes for over 20 years.
Member of the Great Dane Society for 10 years being the current President and past Secretary.

Great Danes are gentle giants therefore need to be surrounded by their people which is why all our puppies are raised in the family home and not in kennels.

We are located on the Capricorn Coast of Central Queensland and have been Registered Breeders with Dogs Queensland since early 2000.

We breed Blues and the Harlequin line from dogs with outstanding health, temperaments and sound confirmation.

Although we commenced our kennels with Australian bred Danes, we soon realized that we needed to diversify our genetic pool and started looking at the European Great Danes, where these gentle giants originated.

We commenced importing frozen semen of carefully selected dogs from, Denmark, England, Ireland, Hungary and Croatia and soon after, we started importing a number of dogs from the UK, Hungary, Croatia and Russia, which has allowed us to greatly improve the health, confirmation, size and temperament of all the dogs we are currently breeding.

Our dogs are very much part of our family and at the center of our lives.
From a very young age, our Danes are socialized with family, friends, children of all ages and a variety of farm animals.

Our puppies are currently living with selected loving families in every Australian State and Territory.

We have also exported a number of puppies to a number of countries including New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Tahiti and Japan.

Great Danes have held my heart since I was a little girl. I have been involved with Danes since 2011, and after learning the ropes and the breed, Eleganser Great Danes have entrusted me with a lovely male puppy. Spruce has made himself right at home with my other Dane, Swedish Vallhunds and cats.

Aquadane Kennels has the pleasure to announce the arrival of two beautiful litter of Blue and Blue Harlequin puppies, born on the 30/05/2024 and the 05/06/2024 to our stunning Blue Harlequin young Sire "Aquadane Oannes", our blue Dam "Aquadane Countess Katinka" and our Blue Dam "Aquadane Bozica Azura".

Parents are all hip and elbow tested and achieved best results. They all come from recently imported Croatian and Hungarian lines.

From these two litters, we still have:

These puppies will be sold as ANKC Registered Pet Only (not for breeding) and will be ready to go to their new homes as from the 26/07/2024 and the 01/08/2024 (younger litter).

By the time they are ready to go to their new homes, they will have been wormed every two weeks, vaccinated, microchip, DNA for Parenting and gone through a comprehensive health check.

Documents of all the above will travel with them to their new homes. A booklet of information and ideas of what to have ready for the arrival of your new puppy will be emailed to you before their arrival and their pedigree will be posted to their new owners.
