Whistlewire is a small but select kennel showing and breeding German Wirehaired Pointers (GWP). If you are interested in know more about our dogs or our breeding plans please phone me in the first instance.

We only keep a small number of quality dogs, all of which are from the finest imported bloodlines for temperament and behaviour.

Our dogs are raised in a loving environment and are members of our family - not just dogs.

All our dogs are health tested and have had their hip and elbow scoring done with excellent results. They have also been DNA profiled by Orivet Genetic Pet Care and their information uploaded into the national health database.

Our puppies are raised within the home and socialised and we undertake DNA parentage testing of pups as required for registraion by Dogs Qld. This guarantees new owners the pups they are getting are from parentage on the pedigree – Dam and Sire.

We have two Tibetan Mastiff female pups remaining to be matched with loving families and they're located in Melbourne Victoria. This prestigious mountain breed originates from Tibet, and has been documented as far back as 1,100 B.C. (~3,000 years).

Pawlee Gyalwang (Sire) and Akeela Lhamo (Dam) are pedigree TMs with calm, loving personalities. They are regular hug bears with the town folk, when on their walks. These pups are loving furballs that will warm your feet and heart in winter and always ready for cuddles when you most need it. They are most affectionate around children and will seek lots of pampering.
