Having worked in Gundog Rescue and rehabilitation for over 12 years in Germany and Southern Europe as well as over 10 years in dog rescue here in NZ, I feel my time has come to focus on healthy, mentally stable and well balanced dogs that are easy to train and a pleasure to live with. That's how Loewenburg Kennels was born. Our GSP' puppies are handled from birth and raised on the US service dog curriculum. This will ensure calm dogs at home and at work with a focused mind and eager to please attitude.

Est. 2001. My dogs are family first and foremost but we are often found at Conformation shows, Rally O competitions or Scent work trials around the South Island in the weekends. All breeding's are thoroughly researched and I only breed when I want to keep something for myself. Health and temperament of puppies produced is paramount when planning a litter. Kooribinjal Bambi has had a magnificent litter of speckled pups born 15th Nov 24 To Roobluu Jasper . This is their second litter together and their first litter of pups were exceptional . We are excited to announce an upcoming GSP litter expected to arrive mid Jan 2025. We are expecting a litter of Brown/liver, Brown/liver and White. All pups will be microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, dew claws removed and registered with Dogs Victoria on a limited register. Hope is a 1 year old brown & white female looking for a loving forever home. She was part of our show team as a youngster, however, we have decided to keep her sister. Poseidon is searching for a new home through no fault of his own. At just one year old, Po is a friendly male who is well-socialized but could benefit from some training in obedience and recall. He gets along well with cats, although he may try to chase them until corrected. Po enjoys the company of other dogs and, being still quite young, would thrive with a playmate. However, he would also be perfectly happy in a single-pet household where he can receive all the love and attention. Previously a member of our show team, Po has had some wonderful achievements in the ring. However, he no longer finds the same joy in it as he did when he was younger, and we want him to be in a home where he feels truly happy.
