Grandspy Kennels has recently kept their very first Long Stock Coat.
In our litters we have the odd long coat puppy available but we hope to continue with our new puppy and breed from her in the future.

We are a small family owned Long Stock German Shepherd Breeder. Located in Gold Coast, Australia.
We have always shared a passion for German Shepherds and only wish to better the breed. All Dogs have been X-rayed for Hip and Elbow Dysplasia and tested for inheritable genetic diseases.
Bhuachaille Fatal Attraction (Mia) has passed Breed Survey and been awarded 2 Excellent grading.
We aim to produce top quality family companions with sound temperaments. From Obedience, Herding, Show and other Dog Sports, the work you put into your dog will be rewarded with loyalty and love.
Obedience training is top priority and if you do not have time please reconsider this choice of breed.
We are apart of Dogs Queensland, German Shepherd Club Queensland and German Shepherd Club Victoria.

We have had German Shepherds for many years, successfully participating in obedience, agility, herding and tracking, as well as Specialty and All Breeds showing. Warren and I are both ANKC Obedience Judges with Warren also being a Tracking Judge. Our breeding stock is based on the lines of the well known Astasia Kennels, most famously "Carson" Ch & O.Ch Astasia Carson UD ET PT 'A''Z' BSCl.1 and his equally famous daughter "Starr" O.Ch Astasia Starr UDX AD JD TD ET HSAs BH 'A''Z' BSCl.1.
All our dogs are X-Rayed for hip & elbow displaysia through the GSDCA breed schemes and we also DNA test for DM (Degenerative Myleopathy). Health and sound character are of the utmost importance. Most of our girls carry the Long Coat Gene, so there is always the possibility of fluffy puppies in every litter, although this is not a guarantee
Our dogs are part of our family, with all puppies being raised in our home and time spent in our Puppy Enrichment Area
We are a small kennel located in Bundaberg QLD. We only have a very limited number of litters each year.
We breed for dogs of correct type and sound temperament. Pups when available are suitable for show, obedience and Agility or loyal family companion.
All puppies are from generations of xrayed stock & are registered, microchipped, vaccinated, vet checked & sold with a puppy pack and a lifetime of support and interest.
Members of GSDCQ & Dogs QLD & support their breed schemes & adhere to their Code of Ethics.
All of our puppies are sold on the strict condition that the instructions on diet, weight control, exercise, use of Vitamin C & basic obedience training contained in our puppy book are strictly adhered to.

Puppies Born 28th June 2024, Born 6 Females 1 Male, (he is sold several times over), GEWALT SWEDISH INFLUENCE AZ (Crystal) TO NZ Spl Gr Ch OAKWAY BLACK MAGIC (Monty) AZ AI (imported semen from NZ) both parents have been xrayed within the the German Shepherd Council of Australia’s hip dysplasia and elbow scheme with very good results, Dad is a long coat and mum carries the long coat gene, They will be ready to go to there forever homes after 23rd August, I am confident there will be some long coat puppies.

Aimsway kennels is a selective kennel of specialty German Shepherds.
