When we lost my friend Jan Edwards she left her boy Ch.Mingus Hound Hopscotch to me,I have breed him to Ch.Melbourne Nettle and I kept the pick of the litter to show, this little pup is now Supreme CH. Bellarell Newline Lacey Face. Face is the first Female 'Supreme' Champion Foxhound in Australasia and as she is a Hare Pied she is the first Non Tri Color as well, Face is a stunning bitch and a credit to her sire and dam, I am pleased to carry on Jan's bloodlines and her love of hounds under my prefix Bellarell. Now the next generation of Bellarell Foxhounds are in the show ring, Face was mated to our boy Ch Foxhunt Epitome (Ajax) and I kept 2 babies,, Go the kids Gr Ch Bellarell Faces Funky Fella (Sola) and Ch Bellarell Facesillame Thats Me ( Sillame), both are in group and in show class winners....................

In 2021 I celebrated my 30th year devoted to the English Foxhound. I strive to breed healthy dogs with excellent temperaments that meet all the requirements of the breed standard with a focus on quality not quantity. All of my puppies are raised inside my home with 24 hour supervision. From a young age, my pups have daily access to an experience enriched outside play area with activities changing regularly to give them the best possible start to life. My families receive regular updates about their puppies development and antics through my private FB group and I offer all of my families lifetime support and advice. Whilst only a small kennel, many of my Hounds have been awarded highly at some of Australia's most prestigious shows including both Melbourne Royal & Adelaide Royal shows and Sunbury KC- Australia's largest one day show. I have also bred Best in Show and Runner Up Best in Show winners. I am very proud to have bred & own the first Australian SUPREME Champion Foxhound. I have owned /bred a further 3 Australian GRAND Champions and more than 25 Australian Champions. I have also bred Champion Foxhounds shown in USA, Brazil, India & New Zealand. Icepaws kennels was established in 1997 and prides themselves on there on going assistance provided to families that open there homes up to my pups. All Icepaws babies are brought up in a family environment in my home. They have a wonderful play room and are well socialized with friends and the rest of the pack at Icepaws. Vet checked, microchipped, DNA to prove parentage, vaccinated once at 6 weeks with a C3. Pups are wormed every 2 weeks before leaving for their new home. Puppy’s brough as Pet will be placed on limited register, (meaning not to be bred or shown). Pedigree papers will be forwarded on when processed by Dogs QLD. All pups come with an Icepaws Puppy Buyer Guide Book, this booklet has everything you need to know about your pup and so much more (over 30 pages long, and sent once deposit is paid) a Royal Canin pack as well as a small travel blanket a grooming comb and collar. All babies are crate trained, toilet trained and are well developed settled pups in any environment at Icepaws. Parents are Excellent examples of the breed.
