Our Smooths are upstanding loyal super functional Smooth Fox Terriers, they have fantastic reliable bloodlines from some of Australia's super breeders. Our Smooths are a joy and we love sharing them with others. it is important that they exceptional temperaments and loyal trainable temperaments. We show and breed Smooth Fox Terriers and strive to ensure that they are to the breed standard. Much research of pedigrees and literature is put into the SFT education, and I am always looking to expand further knowledge. Our Fox Terriers are from some of the best foundation lines in Australia as well as from New Zealand and The United States with Grand Champions, and Supreme Champions in their lineages. Fox Terriers have always had a place in my family since our early settlers from Victoria. I got my first foxie when I was 10 from my grandmother and have loved the breed ever since. Our dogs are a part of our family and are great with our 4 children. Fox Terriers are such fun and loving companions and are great entertainers with their antics! Our next planned litter is 2025! We are licensed international judges and have been breeding quality Smooth Fox Terriers for over 50 years. One of the oldest established kennels in Australia and one of the most recognised prefixes world wide. Optimo have exported top winning dogs to several overseas countries. Optimo Smooth Fox terriers are in the pedigree of numerous lines both in Australia and overseas Breeders of numerous Champions and Specialty winners.

Although always a small kennel I have bred for health, type & soundness whilst adhering to the Breed Standard. I have successfully exhibited & breed in New Zealand & Australia under the Waitapu Prefix. We are expecting a litter due early December. We breed every litter with the intention to retain a pup for show/breeding and as a result quality puppies are available to pet homes. We do not breed to supply a pet market. Puppies can go to their new homes from 8 weeks of age. - All pet puppies will be registered with DOGS NSW on the Limited Register. - Wormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age. - Vet checked and vaccinated (C3) at 7 weeks. - Microchipped and registered both on NSW Companion Animal and Australasian Animal Registry databases. - All puppies take home a comprehensive puppy pack including 1.5kg bag of Royal Canin Mini Puppy and bowl, blanket with familiar smells, toys, and folder with all documents, photos and copies of parents health certs. - 30 days free Trupanion pet insurance. Puppies are born and raised inside our home so are used to all household activities and noises. They are well socialised with large and small dogs and a range of farm animals, have had nails trimmed regularly, been bathed, groomed and trained to use an artificial grass "Pet Potty Mat". We can arrange transport nationwide by air ex CBR or by road in NSW/VIC with GTE Dog transport. Pet puppies are $2,000 on the Limited Register - Main register POA.
