Lumottu is the Finnish word for Enchanted and that is what sums up a Finnish Lapphund for me, Enchanting. I fell in love with the breed in 2009 and have since added two into my household. Along with my dogs I enjoy my weekends attending conformation shows as well as obedience classes. Lappies fit into a household with ease. Happy to be out and about or sleeping on the couch. Lumottu is a small kennel situated just outside of Melbourne.

Driven to succeed, Pawformance is based both in Sydney's Hills District and in Sale. We are heavily involved in dog sports and spend most of our nights and weekends training for, and competing in a variety of disciplines. Our dogs are first and foremost, treasured members of our family, enjoying their (rather cushy) life, sleeping on beds, being fluffy shadows and generally just getting underfoot around the house. Zuleika is a boutique Finnish Lapphund kennel situated in Northern Tasmania. As our only breed, our dogs live in our home as part of our family, sleep on our beds, and enjoy two acres of rural land to frolick on. We are home to Tasmania's show history-making Finnish Lapphunds, Benni & Liina, and our matriarch Fleur. Active in the FL community, we are members of the Finnish Lapphund Club of Victoria, Lappalaiskoirat ry (Finland), and Southern Finnish Lapphund Society (UK). We breed selectively, producing puppies that are sound, healthy, and happy. Our puppies are born and raised in the home, where they welcome visitors, become accustomed to household noises and enjoy lots of cuddles. We use Puppy Culture protocols to ensure they are given the best possible start to life and join their new families as well adjusted young dogs. Aamurusko Finnish Lapphunds are home to NSW’s top Finnish Lapphunds - with the DOL breed winner (Salla), rising star (Sanna), and neuter (Loki) winners for 2023 all belonging to us. We are a small kennel but are fortunate to have incredibly beautiful, well adjusted, and successful dogs. We located in NSW close to Canberra, and are home to three lappies. We also have two of our dogs in co-ownership homes, and a stunning import boy arriving from Sweden in 2024. We fell in love with the breed several years ago. Breeding was a long term goal, and seemed like the natural progression of our obsession with the breed. They are an amazing breed - smart, gentle, loving, athletic and beautiful. We are active in conformation showing, dog sports, and therapy dog work. We enjoy being involved in the NSW/ACT dog community and are always happy to have a chat and introduce people to our beautiful dogs. Our dogs are cherished family members. In order to provide each of them with the attention and quality of life they deserve, we will be keeping numbers small and will breed sparingly and selectively. The care our puppies receive, and the support we provide our puppy families, is truly second to none. Our first litter are now spectacular young adults we are so proud of. We aim to breed puppies that are true to type and fit for function - with a focus on health, structure, and temperament. We have a litter due September 2024, and one litter planned for 2025.

Theldaroy is a foundation lapphund breeder in Australia. We have been breeding them since 2001 and at present have the rare litters. I have not had a litter for some years and usually only a couple per annum. We believe that quality is of paramount importance. I have done an insemination with Aarre to Moska.
