I have been involved with Dalmatians since 1992. My initial stock was a mixture of South African, UK and American lines. After moving to New Zealand, I imported a bitch from Carol Immelman's well known Dallmalli kennel in South Africa, NZ Ch Dallmalli Don't Mind Me at Charizelle and she has been the new foundation for my line since 2003. I strive to breed Dalmatians with their initial purpose in mind - that of an endurance athlete. Dalmatians should be able to run for long distances at an easy, light and economical pace and should be easily identified by their typically evenly spaced spotting. Even though they were also used as guard dogs for the carriages and have a protective nature, they should have a very friendly and outgoing disposition with people.

Cristabo Dalmatians are a small kennel aiming to produce true Dalmatian type and temperament. Bloodlines used include those from top English, American, Australian, European and NZ kennels. Our dogs share our home fulfilling their joint role of companion dogs & pets that are also capable of wining in the show ring. We have exported to Germany, New Caledonia and Canada and added to the NZ gene pool by importing stock from Norway and Australia.

Three Brownie Scouts from our Ted Lasso litter are ready to find their people! Danny Rojas, Ted and Nora are 9 weeks old, and are vaccinated, wormed and Baer hearing tested. These beautiful babies are from our handsome, funny Croatian import, Catch (Aust Champion La Crima Cristi Catching Fire at Pampard) and our sweet, cheeky Samantha (Pampard Phinally Mine) Prospective puppy owners are most welcome to meet both parents. Daydreamdals presents “Daydream Chanel”. Chanel is a beautiful black spotted female dally who we retained to breed with down the track. We have decided that Chanel would thrive in a family home and we would like to keep her on a guardianship with breeder rights. Basically when we decide to breed her she will come and stay with us for the whelping down process. Chanel’s birthday is 03.10.23. She’s up to date with worming and vaccines. We are a vet and vet nurse couple so Chanel has always had the very best of care. She has no health issues and is a beautiful natured girl who loves her humans. We have other dogs who she loves but will need some time to get used to new dogs (not aggressive just shy with new doggos) and only desexed dogs for obvious reasons. She lives with cats too and loves them and is great with kids! Chanel is crate trained and knows lots of tricks! Shes a super smart girl who learns new things very quickly. Only to the best of families as we are very sad we have had to make this difficult decision but think it will be best for her and we will get to see her still for breeding. If we don’t find the perfect family we are more than happy to keep her in ours.
