After breeding and showing Labradors we have added a new dimension to out passion. The Chow Chow. Polar opposite to a labrador this stunning breed has captured my heart. l am lucky enough to be trusted with a Moonacre Chow Chow and have some wonderful mentors who know the breed and also show their dogs. I have owned, shown and loved chows since 2015. They are family members and I have baby chow chows occasionly available for sale. I have Cream, Blue and Red Chows. Here at Katasia our goal is to preserve the qualities of this amazing; ancient breed. We are located in Wollongong, and have been actively showing Chows since 2012 to prove that our Chows meet the breed standard. We are also active in the dog world and attend many events with our Chows promoting and educating on responsible dog ownership. We ventured into breeding in 2016. We only usually have 1 or 2 litters per year and try to keep something for the show ring and our future breeding plans. Our adult Chows are all health tested prior to joining the breeding program which includes Hip/Elbow Scoring and ACES eye examinations. We are more than welcome for you to meet our Chows, especially if you haven’t met to many in real life it’s a great idea to meet some adult ones, or even if you just have some questions about Chows…. hi every one , we had a litter on saturday 19TH of october 2024 and we will be breeding again in 2025 . just letting you know we are taking enquiries from others who would like to have a new family member share their home . please be advised we have people waiting for puppies but there may be changes and people drop out as peoples circumstances change . if you would like to go on our waiting list or are interested in a new family member , please let us know by EMAIL . our cost will be $4500.00 , a deposit of $1500.00 will be required at 6 weeks and the balance of $3000.00 to be paid at 8 weeks when they are ready to go to there new homes , plus transport cost . our puppy pack contain information containing the basics on looking after your new puppy , foods and grooming tools that are required . they have been toilet trained , they will be immunised / wormed . micro-chipped and vet checked with D.N.A testing and parentage testing with pedigree papers to follow , papers will be on full pedigree papers not limited .
