Although I have only been involved with Chihuahua's for a few years I have been a member of DogsSA since 1994. Our dogs are family, live inside, sleep on our beds and go on holidays with us. We are totally smitten with these wonderful little Mexicans. Striving for excellence, breeding for love.

After many years of showing and breeding Papillons I have now gone into showing and breeding Chihuahua's both Long and Smooth coats. I still love my Pap's and of which l still breed a litter every now and then, but l am thoroughly enjoying showing my little Chi's ,,, My details are still the same

We started showing and breeding Chihuahua's in 1982. We are breeders of long and smooth coated Chihuahuas in Adelaide, South Australia. Our aim from the start has been and still is to breed soundness and good temperaments into our dogs. We are not an overly large Kennel and breed for Quality not Quantity. We breed mainly for the Show ring but do have puppies for sale sometimes as pets. Enquiries are most welcome. Here at Kuchukopek we breed for the Show Ring only. We strive to improve the Breed, occasionally we have Puppies that are not suitable for Showing. Our dogs go to their new homes from 3 months onward after we have decided which are suitable for Showing. The puppies that do not make the grade and sometimes older dogs are sold as Pets. Our Kennel Prefix means a lot to us and we value our honesty and integrity. We do not like to sell Puppies at 8 weeks as we cannot guarantee what they will turn out like in regard to type, temperament and size for the Show ring, and as pets if someone is looking for a "Specific" looking Chihuahua. Chihuahuas are known to go through many changes while growing. What might be a beautiful baby could change while growing, and vice versa.

We are a small South Australian family run kennel of both long and smooth coat Chihuahuas. Our dogs are all part of the family and live inside. Our puppies are born and raised inside as part of the family. All of our breeding dogs are DNA tested for genetic faults. All puppies are vet checked before leaving us. We occasionally have happy healthy pet and show quality chihuahua puppies available to approved homes.

I have 1 Pedigree Chihuahua Sable Long Coat Boy For Rehoming. Little Frankie was born 18/08/23 and has been Vaccinated, Microchipped and Vet Checked. Frankie is very cuddly and very playful and loves to run around and have fun. He has been raised indoors with other Dogs and with lots of love and affection. This little guy is eager to find his fur-ever home! He will come with all his relevant paperwork and some puppy presents! Frankie comes with Limited Pedigree Papers and will only go to the very best of homes.
