Candalan is a small show and breeding kennel located in Canberra, specializing in black & tan and ruby Cavaliers. Our dogs are much loved family members and we invest a lot of time and energy into our dogs and puppies, We aim for soundness, correct size and type and well-adjusted, confident dogs with happy outgoing temperaments. They enjoy a variety of activities, such as daily walks, obedience work at trial level, and agility. Our dogs are heart- and DNA tested for Episodic Falling, Curly Coat Dry Eye, and Degenerative Myelopathy. Occasionally, we have puppies available to loving, responsible pet homes. All puppies not kept for showing are sold on Limited Registration with a desexing contract. The puppies will go to their new families vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and Vet checked. We have available a lovely 4yr old tricolour girl. Bluey is house trained walks well on a lead and is crate trained. She is groomed every 3 weeks and is good with other dogs and with children however we would prefer her to go with older children if possible. Bluey is fully vaccinated and treated for heart worm and fleas and ticks. She will need to be desexed. She will also have her teeth cleaned. I'd like to introduce you to Evie. Evie is a very fit, healthy, active, playful and very loving and affectionate 3 year old gorgeous girl! We are looking for that special home where Evie will be loved and cared for and provided with the attention she deserves. Living at Brandy Hill on 2 & 1/2 acres, Evie has plenty of room to run around with her fellow companion cavies and she really enjoys this and thrives on the freedom to explore. Evie loves to be around her playmates and people. She relishes cuddles, and a good tummy rub, as she soaks up attention and affection. To fall asleep beside you at any time, if you allow her to, would make her so happy. At night Evie sleeps cozily with her other cavie beauties. Evie has been desexed, has full vaccination history and given a full dental check, just recently. A fully fenced decent size yard is essential. Another canine companion would be ideal, along with providing Evie with a premium dog food, regular worm/flea/tick monthly treatments and lots of love and care. Introducing you to Benji. He is a beautiful sweet natured boy who is 8 months old. He is out of our beautiful "Lola" Champion Jezzamont Lollobrigida. We had kept him on with the prospect of him being the new addition to our show team. Unfortunately, he isn't quite up to show standard, so we have made the difficult decision to place him with a loving forever home. Benji absolutely loves to be around his humans and other dogs too. He absolutely loves his quiet time sitting next to you but also happy to do his own thing. Benji lives inside our home as all our Cavaliers do and is completely house trained and used to using a doggy door to take himself outside to go to the toilet. Anyone who meets Benji is guaranteed to fall in love with him. Should you wish to enquire about beautiful Benji, please be willing to share as much information about yourself to give us an idea on what sort of a life you'd give Benji. This boy is absolutely no trouble to live with so we are more than happy to wait as long as it takes to find the very best home possible.

Jagger, is a ruby male DOB 2.2.23. He loves playing fetch, is lead & house trained & gets along with all dogs. Very outgoing happy boy. Jagger is crate trained. Jagger holds current heart & eye certificates. Jagger was seeing by the cardiologist on October 2nd. He is DNA clear for diseases relating to the breed. Copies of health certificates will be provided. Vaccinated, heart guard yearly & wormed. I am only looking at homes in & around Brisbane. This is because I have frozen his semen and hope to use him in my breeding program at a later time. Jagger will need annual heart testing at a cardiologist veterinarian clinic (Stafford or Underwood), which I will pay for. He has been desexed and will be available following a full recovery.
