Our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs are imported from the Caucasus and live with British White cattle and Appaloosa horses on our farm in Victoria, Australia.
Our female Sunny, is imported from Tbilisi Georgia and her mother Bassa was born at St. George’s Monastery of Tabakini, where Orthodox priests have been breeding Caucasian Shepherd dogs since 1992. Sunny is the first Caucasian Shepherd Dog to be imported and registered in Australia - the four year long process to import Sunny from Georgia and register the breed in Australia resulted in ANKC Recognition of the Caucasian Shepherd Dog breed on 24 July 2018.
Our young male Roki, is from Dusheti, a district of eastern Georgia on the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Mountains known for its seasonal sheep farming.
When selecting our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs we apply more than 20 years experience with rare livestock guardian breeds and importing from their countries of origin. The bloodlines of our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs are specifically chosen to represent the traditional Georgian type of Caucasian Shepherd. The parents of these pups are both wonderful fun natured dogs, both are well socialised and have been brought up in families around lots of animals and children. Sassy (Etherial Wandanna Sassy) and Risk (Steadfast Risk it For Th Biskit) welcomed 8 beautiful healthy puppies in September. Two puppies remain waiting for their forever homes and will be available from the 2nd November.These puppies have been reared in my home and are loving, happy, confident and adventurous. So much love from my grandchildren ensure they want lots of cuddles and play. One girls and one boy.
Puppies were vet checked at 48 hours, and were vet checked again , microchipped and had first vaccination at 6 weeks. Wormed every 2 weeks. To ensure optimum health and growth, puppies have been fed a balanced and nutritious diet.
Both parents have beautiful temperaments and have genetic and x-ray results available.
Puppies come with Faux grass pee pads, litter blanket, food samples with feeding information sheets.

Sassy is a medium coat working lines and is working towards her Level 4 Obedience Certificate. Risk is a beautiful show dog.

These puppies are likely to be high energy and super smart. Most will be best suited to a rural environment with room to move and someone who is looking for a constant companion/work mate. Unless given a lot of interaction and a "job" to do they are unlikely to be satisfied with suburban/city life. Some are showing promise for dog sport. Previous (or current) Border Collie or working breed experience is a must.

When enquiring please include as much information as possible about your home, family(humans and other pets!), dog owning experience and the type of life you are looking to share with your new little mate.

Puppies will be ANKC (Dogswest) pedigree Registered, they have been regularly wormed, have age appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped. Parents are fully health tested (DNA and hips/elbows) and puppies are guaranteed to be unaffected by any DNA testable, heritable conditions.
Puppies are required to be desexed at an appropriate age and are not available for breeding purposes.
