Our love for Briards has extended over thirty years and during this time we have exhibited and promoted our breed in the show ring throughout NSW with great success. Our two recent dogs, Boots and Puddles have performed exceptionally well in Conformation Shows, winning multiple age groups. Of particular note was Boots’ performance in winning a Best in Show award as a Junior, dog. This success has generated within us a desire to spread our good fortune and success to others by commencing a breeding program under the breeder’s prefix Coevante. Our aim is to promote the breed through developing sound and well-tempered dogs, that demonstrate the true characteristics of this breed which has been described as a “a heart wrapped in fur”. We are very fortune to announce that our first litter will be due on 2nd May 2022.

At Vertu Whippets we breed for health and longevity. We upbringing each puppy to express its beautiful temperament and training them to be the best pets you can dream of! All our whippets are fully health screened. Our puppies undergo thorough health checks, including heart and eyes. We never compromise on good nutrition, this is why we exclusively feed well balanced RAW diet! Vertu puppies are exposed to Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and enriched with The Puppy Culture program. Our puppies are raised indoors as a part of the family, they meet new people, interact with new objects, are used to car rides, get familiar with nail trimming and are desensitised to thunderstorm and fireworks sounds. Vertu puppies get started on toilet training as soon as they can confidently walk to the potty area. Our puppies are taught to ask for attention and food politely. We have a gorgeous, sweetheart of a boy available from our current litter of 7. Hendrix is such a sweet gentle boy who is 12 weeks old and able to go to his new home now. All of our puppies are reared in the house (they are born in our lounge room) and stay there until 8 weeks of age. They grow up meeting everyone and hearing all the noises of a normal household, such as vacuums, TV's, radio's ect... They learn how to socialize properly with our older dogs, and are well socialised with people of all ages. Before our puppies go to their new homes we begin their teachings on a lead, we start house training, crate training and car riding. When they are ready to go to their new homes they will leave with a bag of food (if picked up from us), a booklet of information for the new owners, a blanket, some toys, treats, their own lead and collar set. Currently from my latest litter which were born on 21.08.24 and are available now I will have one boy and one girl available to forever loving homes on the Limited Registrar of Dog's NSW. The boy is blue brindle and white the girl is blue brindle and white both puppies have had two vaccination and miccrochipping done, Vet health checked, and wormed on a regular basis. Both puppies have outgoing personalitys and are very friendly and loving and been raised indoors. They are priced at $2000.00 and I am always happy to help out with Transport.
