Jingara Farm is a 570 acre (232 hectare) property on the south coast of NSW. We are between Moruya and Batemans Bay. We breed Border Collie dogs and other farm animals. All of our dogs are members of the family and DNA tested or clear by parentage of the inherited disorders in Border Collies (TNS, CEA and CL). We aim to bred healthy dogs with a beautiful temperament and see their colours as a wonderful bonus. We are a small breeder and only have pups once a year.

We began showing Border Collies in 1988 and registered our "Yarrancoly" prefix in 1990. The past 35 years has been dedicated to breeding and exhibiting our dogs. We have bred over 40 Champions including Supreme, Grand & International. "Yarrancoly" has been continually successful at breed/group/show level at Championship, Specialty, Royal & FCI shows. Since the establishment of our kennel we strive to breed dogs of good type, sound temperament, excellent conformation and movement, whom are instinctively responsive to work and training. Our puppies are raised in a rural, family environment. All breeding dogs and bitches are DNA tested (Orivet), hip & elbow scored (Dogs Australia ORCHID/CHED), eye examination (Dogs Australia ORCHID/ACES). All enquiries are welcome.

Furrevah Border Collies are located on the Mid North Coast. We only have 1 or 2 litters a year. Quality temperaments, health and conforming to the breed standard are our focus. Our puppies are $3500 pedigree registered with papers on the limited register. They will come with a huge puppy pack valued at over $400. They will be vaccinated microchipped, wormed and health checked. Their parents are dna tested and clear. So they won’t be affected by any of the hereditary diseases. Our dogs are raised on 36 acres as part of the family. We have insulted night kennels for their safety in the evenings and during the day they live on the acres and with us. So have free access to enjoy life all day. We will lock them away on some days for a couple hours for their safety if we know we are having a busy day with visitors or parties and if they’re in heat. A couple of the dogs will stay inside at night but as a pack of 9 dogs it’s just too many for all of them to stay inside and have access to outside in the evenings. Our puppies are raised inside our home from birth to around 3 weeks old and then moved to our under cover verandah and large insulted whelping kennels. Once they’re 4-5 weeks of age during the nice weather days they’ll be set up in the grass playpen and back in the large kennels at night. 5-6 weeks we start taking them for small drives in the car and get them used to noises and movement. 6-7 weeks we will do a bigger play day/ open day with them. And 7-8 weeks we start more one on one crate training them for 10-20 mins at a night and we also try to more intensive toilet training with them. We have large folder with all information.

Vegas favourite activity is napping, she not only has an off switch but when nothing interesting is happenning she might as well be unplugged. She can be convinced that she's a border collie with food and play but otherwise I'd say she tends towards being a bit of a couch spud. Vega will do anything for food, she acts like she's never been fed and this makes her a candidate for weight gain so you will need to be someone who is willing to say no to puppy dog eyes. Vega was not raised by us but she has lived with us for the last 2 years and has been nothing but a pleasure to have. Vega is crate trained, toilet trained, leash trained, knows basic obedience, is comfortable with grooming and will happily accompany you to cafes, on walks, to the beach, camping, basically she fits in wherever you ask her to. She will be desexed prior to leaving us. Vega has been fully DNA tested, and has had her joints xrayed to confirm she does not have dysplasia. If you believe you could offer this gorgeous girl her perfect retirement home, please don't hesitate to reach out. I have a lovely male looking for his forever home. He is a sweet boy, has been back for rehab for a couple of months now. He would suit a one person home where he doesn't need to be worried about being hurt and can trust his human. Gets on great with all other dogs of all sizes. He is desexed, and free to a perfect family. Crate trained and knows many tricks. Also We also have a 7 yr old female. Crate trained, house trained, has manners, good on lead looking for a perfect family. Would suit a family in suburbia, whom want a lounge lizard. She really does prefer to just chill.
