I have been breeding Border Collies for nearly fifteen years now and other dog breeds for over 40 years. My aim is to produce top quality puppies with excellent temperaments - suitable for families, dog sports and showing. My dogs are used for Dog Obedience, Agility, Lure Coursing and Livestock Work. They are my loyal companions and travel with me almost everywhere. All puppies are socialised and exposed to all farm animals, children and cats from birth. All my dogs are DNA tested and clear of genetic diseases. I also specialise in various colours. As a Breeder, I offer ongoing Breeder support and basics in puppy training, being a qualified trainer myself. On the 15 September, 2023 Kayla whelped three beautiful babies. All doing very well. These pups will be ready to go to their new homes on the 10 November, 2023.. We are a small kennel located in South East Queensland and our dogs are part of our family. It all started in 1999 with our foundation girl, Trixie, & in 2003 her son Bronson, & together they enjoyed herding, obedience, agility, canine disc/frisbee, lure coursing and even dog sledding! We only breed when we want something for ourselves or we have a number of great homes wanting a pup, so we don't breed very often. In 2013 we started planning our next litter & the future of the kennel, with the help of our friends & mentors at Dunwurkn and Sarasota Border Collies. The kennel has grown significantly since then, both in dog numbers and property size. Our main sport now is Flyball, but we still do some dog sledding in the winter, albeit just for fun these days! Our dogs have a great mix of working drive and wanting to snuggle up with you on the couch! We firmly believe in health testing and are happy to share our dogs results, there is nothing to hide here. I have been a border collie breeder since 1995 and have been lucky to breed some lovely dogs who have gone to wonderful homes. Many of my original owners have come back for their second, third and sometimes fourth new baby and I thank them for their loyalty. We aim to raise our pups in a home environment where they are socialised with many people and at least five of my grandchildren who live nearby. Parents are Hip and Elbow Scored and DNA tested to ensure that none of the pups can be affected by any testable hereditary disease. Our pups are vaccinated and microchipped as well as wormed regularly. Due to downsizing we have a 6 year old male, black and white border collie for sale. Robbie is from show lines, he has long coat, is good with kids and other dogs.
