My love for Border collies started 28yrs ago with two pet borders that watched my children grow. I was so amazed how tenderly they where around each one of my children as babies. Always gentle and tolerant of anything my toddlers (at the time)put them through. This won me over many years ago. They are such fantastic dogs, but also Borders are so much more than family pets, they are not just highly intelligent, but also loyal and very teachable, each with their own unique personalities. Our dogs are a very important part of our family and everyday life. Our dogs are not kennelled as such but have freedom on our 100 acre farm. The wellbeing of my dogs is my first priority so we aim to breed well adjusted Collies, for structure, colour and form, but most importantly dogs with lovely personalities suitable for any ability whether it be agility, flyball, or a family companion. Whatshades Border Collies are taking expressions of interest on Blue/White, Blue Merle, Black/White, Red/White and Choc merle. ANKC Limited Register. Mains can be discussed with registered breeders. Parents had FULL DNA profiles done. So puppies will not be affected by the 14 testable border collies hereditary diseases. Photos of puppies are on Facebook and will be updated as they grow. I have a lovely male looking for his forever home. He is a sweet boy, has been back for rehab for a couple of months now. He would suit a one person home where he doesn't need to be worried about being hurt and can trust his human. Gets on great with all other dogs of all sizes. He is desexed, and free to a perfect family. Crate trained and knows many tricks. Also We also have a 7 yr old female. Crate trained, house trained, has manners, good on lead looking for a perfect family. Would suit a family in suburbia, whom want a lounge lizard. She really does prefer to just chill. Does get obsessed with cats, so preferably no cats. Welcome to come to my home or meet in public. Happy to send pictures. Happy for a trail only when I think the likeliness is, of you being a perfect home.

Vegas favourite activity is napping, she not only has an off switch but when nothing interesting is happenning she might as well be unplugged. She can be convinced that she's a border collie with food and play but otherwise I'd say she tends towards being a bit of a couch spud. Vega will do anything for food, she acts like she's never been fed and this makes her a candidate for weight gain so you will need to be someone who is willing to say no to puppy dog eyes. Vega was not raised by us but she has lived with us for the last 2 years and has been nothing but a pleasure to have. Vega is crate trained, toilet trained, leash trained, knows basic obedience, is comfortable with grooming and will happily accompany you to cafes, on walks, to the beach, camping, basically she fits in wherever you ask her to. She will be desexed prior to leaving us. Vega has been fully DNA tested, and has had her joints xrayed to confirm she does not have dysplasia. If you believe you could offer this gorgeous girl her perfect retirement home, please don't hesitate to reach out.
