I have been directly involved with the Bernese Mountain Dog breed since 1992 - breeding, showing and carting. My breeding philosophy has been based in a strong commitment of ongoing improvement with a focus on longevity from proven lines demonstrating good health, temperament and soundness. My aim is to produce quality Bernese companions, starting from my early English foundation lines carrying proven longevity, along with screened imported breeding stock of European decent with more than 2 decades of hip, elbow and temperament accredited testing. Azzabern Kennels has been home to the Bernese Mountain Dog since the early 90's, and have been breeding and showing since 2007. Located near Brisbane, QLD, where we are home to the 1st Supreme Champion Bernese in Australia with another Supreme and Grand Champion dog. We have also bred multiple Australian Champion dogs. Also home to Best In Show Specialty and Best In Show All Breeds dogs.
