Welcome to Classicana Samoyeds - a small kennels based near Hobart in Tasmania. Although my kennels are small, I have owned and have been passionate about Samoyeds for nearly 50 years and
my dogs are very much a part of my family life and are excellent companions.
Classicana puppies are raised in the house right from birth with all the household noises and puppies are offered to both family homes and show homes. At Classicana health testing is conducted to ensure soundness.
I'm proud to presently own and show Beltamo Aurelia Astrata (Aurora) and the mother and son duo Classicana Zhenhana Diva (Annika) and Classicana Passion N Purity (Leo).

ASPENBEAUTY Samoyeds: We are small, home-based breeders dedicated to the breed. Our Samoyeds and their puppies are raised in a loving and caring family environment. Further to this, our litters have produced multiple Australian Champions, one of which Aust. Ch. Aspenbeauty Dream of Grace (Dogzonline profile) selected for our breeding program and for the Show Ring. Gigi continues to achieve great results in the Show Ring, along with her daughter Aust. Ch. Polarmoon is a Samoyed Breeder located in the Wairarapa.

A Dogs NZ Breeder adhering to the rules, we do not, and will not show our dogs.

Inbreeding is widespread in pure bred dogs, and this carries substantial risks to dog health and longevity. With an academic background in cell biology and genetics, Polarmoon focuses on low coefficients of inbreeding and good ancestor loss coefficients. Our dogs are health tested with good results. We emphasize environmental enrichment, and socialization with people and other animals from a young age.

Our dogs are first and foremost, members of our family. They live, sleep and work with us in our home. We do not rehome older breeding dogs and all of our dogs have a home and loving family for life.

Our puppies are for sale to approved pet homes (an information sheet will be provided, and an interview required), and come with a comprehensive contract including a 'take back' guarantee in the event the new owner becomes unable to care for the dog. Our puppies come with considerable information on both the breed and dogs in general including care and handling. We are available to provide any assistance required throughout the life of the dog. We deliver our puppies to anywhere in New Zealand, no extra charge required, to minimize travel stress on the puppy.
