Growing up they were always by our side and often steered us kids away from trouble on the farm. Dad would say that he knew where us kids were, because the dog was there and on many occasions, lucky they were! This breed is one of the most loyal and loving family dogs you could have, but like all working breeds they need family time, attention, training and exercise. "Swampyblue" is a recently established small kennel based in West Gippsland Victoria. Here at "Swampyblue" my dogs live as part of the family on the farm. My aim is to produce the occasional litter, breeding true to type with a natural working instinct whose loyalty will drive them to please and protect making them not only handy working dogs but also great family pets. My beautiful bitch "Pagesview Quick Queenie" displays the attributes of the breed, intelligence and loyalty with a super temperament. Cubbie is a 3 year old desexed cattle dog, he has been shown and is a few points shy of his championship. He is a very loyal dog who would suit an experienced cattle dog owner. He is clear of any genetic disease and is available for the price of vet work at $700. He is fully crate trained and has strong recall when offlead.
