Saran is a Best in Group , Runner Up Best in Group, Multi Class in Group and Class in Show winner at all breeds Championship level. She was awarded her first Challenge from Minor class at 6.5 months of age and her success has continued, winning numerous Best of Breed awards. At specialty level she was awarded Reserve Challenge Bitch and Junior In Show at the RRCSA Championship Show at just 13 months of age under Hound Specialist J Treiber (USA). Saran became our youngest Champion to date at just over 17 months [a record now surpassed by her daughter Nia]. Saran has been shown very sparingly in recent years, making way for her highly successful progeny to make their mark in the ring.
