Commenced showing and breeding in 1952 with English Cocker Spaniels, with a family background where my father was an All Breeds Judge; received first judging licence at age 18 in 1957/8 and was very active in the fields of grooming and handling all breeds which experience stood me in good stead of depth of breed knowledge whereupon I finally became All Breeds in 1986.

I have been fortunate to judge Papillons, Chinese Crested Dogs, Gordon Setters,and Border Collies at CC level in England and am on the A listing of the breed Clubs for Gordon Setters, Chinese Crested Dogs and Papillons; also judging at Group Level there, I have also judged in Europe, throughout India and in China, as well as throughout the Pacific regions of the Phillipines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and New Zealand.
