Judge Profile

I began showing Great Danes in South Australia in the mid 1970s and purchased my first Standard Poodle from Chatain Kennels in 1984. She went on to win many BIS awards and was Puppy in Show at the Adelaide Royal in 1985. I have continued to show poodles, and now have Miniature and Toys. My Miniature Ch Funtosy wambam Here I am is a specialty BIS winner and her daughter, Ch Funtosy wambam Hot I am was Australian Bred in Show at the Poodle National in 2013 and so far has RUBIS at specialty and all breeds level. I also own and shown Bull Terriers and have been given permission by the Bull Terrier Council of Australia to issue ROM points.

I entered the judges training scheme in South Australia in the late 1980s with Group 7 before moving to Queensland in 1990. Due to business commitments I was unable to dedicate the amount of time needed to continue and I recommenced my training in 2007. I feel very privileged to have been able to attain All Breeds status in 2017.
