Established in 1968 with European, Russian and UK imported lines producing numerous Champions and Specialty winners over the years. Current winners are descended from the original foundation stock and still maintaining type and that special Borzoi personality. Grand Champion Russkimir Frost Fire became the Top Borzoi Bitch in Australia DOL 2008. Russkimir Kennels was the winner of Top Borzoi Breeder for Australia in 2009 DOL.
Marakhoff Kennels has been exhibiting and breeding 'Best In Show' winning Borzoi for more than 40 years. We have imported bloodlines from Canada and the UK, and exported to the USA, Italy, Malaysia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan. A small "boutique" kennel, we occasionally offer thoughtfully bred puppies to approved homes. All our dogs are DNA tested, and have current heart, eye and thyroid clearances. Bookings recommended.
Cloudland Borzoi established 2018 – however, I have been owned by the breed since 2005.
Cloudland dogs are health tested for degenerative myopathy, cardiac, thyroid, eye and are also DNA profiled.

Sire Selection
At Westlass, puppies are bred by sires that are selected for temperament and correctness of confirmation that aims to improve the maternal line.

Are beautiful companion dogs with lovely temperaments that are genetically and structurally sound.
Puppies
Westlass puppies are raised on premium food in a loving family home with children and are socialised with other small dogs. They are handled and have play time on real lawn and are used to our family environment. The puppies are vet checked, wormed, C4 vaccinated (max available), microchipped and limited registered.
Westie information and support is available to all new puppy families. Puppy updates and photo releases are available at 3, 5 and 7 weeks of age.
Main registered puppies may be available for showing from time to time, POA. International inquires are welcome, POA.
