I have owned an Aussie since 1996 and the first AusFX litter was born in 2011. Puppies are raised using Puppy Culture protocols. PC teaches the puppy to be an enrichment seeker, and gives them a voice, generally resulting in a calmer, happier, more balanced puppy.

Puppies are evaluated at 8 weeks against the breed standard for structural soundness. They are microchipped, vet checked and vaccinated, eye tested, and registered with Dogs Victoria before going to their new homes. All applicable health testing is done on breeding dogs. Much time and research goes into researching pedigrees and selecting parents with sound temperaments who complement each other's conformation.

AusFX dogs are successfully competing in conformation, herding, endurance, obedience, rally-o, agility, tricks, scentwork and more.

I am happy to discuss your requirements, be they competitive or companion, in order to make the most suitable home match for every puppy. Please note that I do not place puppies based solely on physical characteristics (which is only a small part of the whole package), instead concentrating on best personality fit to each pup’s new home.

We believe the puppies need to be supervised, loved and trained 24/7 to ensure the best start in life including exposure to different environments and socialisation. The first 12 weeks in a puppy’s life is a crucial stage of their development.

Neurological stimulation began at Day 3 through to Day 16 followed by a week-to-week age appropriate schedule of enrichment, socialisation and training. Prioritisation is given to providing a stimulating living environment, exercise and active training challenges and balancing all of these components in inside and outside settings. Ausdreaming Kennels has been breeding Australian Shepherds for 13 years. We work to improve the breed with each mating. Our pups are raised in a healthy, home environment with our 2 legged and 4 legged family.

We currently have a gorgeous red merle male with half tail, looking for his furever home. He was born on May 14th, so is ready to go home with you.

He has blue eyes and a gentle temperament. He would be well suited in any situation. He is almost toilet trained and such an easy going nature.

We have ongoing support for all our puppy families, with regular play dates arranged. Each litter has its own messenger group, so you can stay in touch with the rest of the litter. There are photos since his birth, so you can feel as if you have been with him since the beginning.

He has been wormed fortnightly, microchipped, eyes tested and 1st injection. 2nd injection is due on 23rd July. We provide a puppy pack with all information on the pup, his mother's and father's lineage. It also includes heaps of information that will help you to raise a wonderful new family member.
