Seriousgrey is a small intimate family orientated kennel established in May 2012, located in Midway Point in Southern Tasmania. Seriousgrey has evolved from the joy and companionship that our dogs have enhanced our lives with and that of our families. Our dogs are valued family members and as such are treated with the respect, care and commitment that they require and deserve. We have a great respect for the breeds versatility, loyalty & intelligence. Our foundation dogs are from well established & experienced local & interstate breeders and our lines include the Weimaraner & Weimaraner Long Hair. Our involvement within the show community is relatively new which began in 2010 & our dogs have represented the breed consistently and successfully having participated at local, interstate & national specialty shows. We have a passion for obedience & have been involved with our local obedience club over many years, except for when life gets in the way! Our intention is not to become a prolific breeder we simply wish to develop & extend our knowledge & become more experienced ambassadors who promote this Beautiful Breed, hopefully increase our network of like minded people & maybe even make a few friends along the way! We have owned and loved weimaraners for over 40 years. We have bred over 50 conformation champions including over 18 royal winners, several grand champions, many tracking champion and exported six now top winning dogs in both field trials, tracking and shows including world winners Ned Kamp Grausturm Extra Special, Swed and Aust Ch Grausturm Dare to Dream and Multi Ch Grausturm Love is a Drug, Ch Grausturm Hairy Potter, Ch Grausturm Prince OGrey and two cruft class winners. Potential Long Hair pups planned mid 2023. Weisngrey are planning some wonderful litters in the future using local and international genetics of longhairs. As an ANKC breeder of purebred dogs, I not only look to breed a dog for show or performance but also as a companion for life. This means that type, temperament and health is a priority which is why I commenced DNA profiling back in 2019 and Hip and Elbow score my mature breeding pairings. Potential Weisngrey puppy owners can be guaranteed that a pup from Weisngrey is not effected by: Hyperuricosuria (HUU) Spinal Dysraphism (SD) or Brain Hypomyelination (HYPM). Whilst DNA does not identify all health issues, it is step forward in producing a more healthier generation in the future. I also prioritise temperament in my lines so that future generations are kind.

Here at Weisact we breed for sound confirmation, temperament and type. We have been involved in Weimaraners for 10 years and have bred 6 litters, all of which we are very proud to have at least one Champion in confirmation and various others excelling in Obedience, Field and Agility. Our foundation bitch Aust Ch Bromhund Bella "Bella" and our foundation dog RUBISS/MBIS Aust Grand Ch Sinaway Gota Swagatruble V "Swaggy" are about to embark on a new adventure with us to Western Australia.....

With great pride and joy we anounce a historic litter of 8 beautiful StBernard puppies from Semen we have imported from Austria from Anton vom Wasserwirt. We thank Anton's owner Manuela for her trust and cooperation to make this wonderful litter possible. Anton came highly recommended by Brigitte Linser, then Austrian breed guardian and breeder of Anton's dam Rana vom Fugerhof. The dame Ch Heiliger Rana is a wonderful mum and has so far produced 4 champions in previous litters.
