Dogzonline number 1 breeder and exhibitor for 7 consecutive years. Mastdoch was founded by Peter & Karen Docherty who first imported a Mastiff from Bredwardine Kennels in 1992 from the UK. Over the years we have produced multiple Best In Show and Best in Group winners (all breeds Champ level). We breed and exhibit all 3 colours. All of our breeding dogs are health tested for cystinuria, PRA, CMR1, DM and are hip and elbow scored. Membership number - 2100078232

There have been many consistent winning dogs through our kennels over the years. Producing many champions and the only Grand Champion Mastiff to be bred in South Australia and the 4th in Australia. Meet Chevy who was born 13/04/2024, which makes him 8 months old. Chevy is pedigreed and registered with the Australian National Kennel Club (ANKC). Free of Fanconi and tested for Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) and PPM. Chevy is desexed and has all vaccinations for 1 year. He also has basic training to sit and come, to walk on a lead, sleep in a crate, is toilet trained to litter, pee pads, and to go outside, and travels well in a car. All potential new families will need to be vetted by the breeder for suitability. Chevy is friendly, smart, and get on well with adult Basenjis and will make wonderful companions.
