Four of our Akita dogs (two couples) have been imported by ourselves and are from Russian Ch lines. This has certainly required lots of commitments on our behalf but also creativity and love for this unique breed. We were hoping to contribute to a wider genetic pool of well tempered Akita dogs within Australia and maybe some of our offsprings may later become suitable to be trained as „animal assisted therapy dogs“, a training two of our dogs have passed. Unfortunately due to illness and the Covid crises there was a bit of a break with showing our dogs and we had to skip one generation. Some of our puppies have certainly show quality, however, loving family homes are being preferred. We are hoping to have another litter (natural mating) by the end of this year.
