I have been actively involved with dogs in ANKC Obedience since 1989 and Conformation since 1997. Markable's selective breeding progrram rates temperament and physical health as paramount. My dogs are all accomplished retrievers on land and from water. All my dogs are health-screened and DNA tested to gauge their suitability prior to breeding. All Markable dogs and puppies are in-home reared, raised and maintained on a natural RAW diet. Breed, puppy rearing and behavioural information is willingly provided and ongoing contact encouraged. Australian Champion Barokamurray -Bea is the first female ANKC registered champion Murray River River in the world. She joined the Markable family in 2022 from Barokamurray Victoria. I hope to help inform people about this intelligent allrounder Australian breed. Bea has taken to conformation showing gaining many Best of Breed and age in group awards. Bea also does Obedience and retrieving trialing. We are a small breeder, with only one breeding female and one stud dog. Using a mix of Puppy Culture and Avidog we breed our pups for show, performance and family pets. Puppies we have bred were the first Murrays to be awarded a Champion title -both female and male, Grand Champion, Best in Show, Neuter Champion, first to have both show and dog sports titles in three different sports. Our pups have been successful in the show ring with multiple in group wins and puppy in shows. Barokamurray pups have been proving their abilities not just in the show ring, but also in Agility/jumping, rally, RATG, retrieving and as therapy dogs. Ch Barokamurray Shes Country (Riva) has been DNA and hip /elbow tested, with very good results, in preparation for her first litter. Classnsass offers two beautiful puppies for sale. Born 31/10/24. We have 2 boys, both happy, gentle little souls, who know how to use the dog door, they play with the older dogs here, have been around cats inside and are extremely affectionate and very intelligent. The puppies are all in our home, they have known nothing but love. Sleeping in their nursery, the dog door leads to an enrichment play area. Staying with their Mum sees the little ones learn so much, Madge is the best Mum dog you could wish for, she adores her puppies. Affenpinschers are wonderful dogs; small enough to come and snuggle up, and they love to be included in whatever you are doing. They are robust, lovely sturdy adults. We have found this breed easy to live with, they have a wonderful sense of humour, are loyal and take on the protector of their people seriously, yet are not "yappy" or nuisance barkers. Grooming them is pretty easy. A good grooming regularly will remove dead hair and keep them looking and feeling fresh. Of course, you can hand strip them if you would like to, and I am happy to show you that easy process. Socialisation is a must, these little dogs are alert and up on their toes, love to go out, and these little ones have been excellent in the car.
