Lukota is a small scale breeder and our dogs are our family. We have both working line and show lines. We are the 3rd generation GSD breeders in our family and have had German shepherds most of our life’s We are active in both Obedience shows and Conformation shows and really believe in only breeding to better the breed. We focus a lot on temperament and breeding well rounded dogs. Our German Shepherds make great family pets with beautiful sound and solid temperaments Our pups are raised on 100+ acres and are exposed to all types of animals, loud sounds and machinery. As a dog trainer I put a lot of effort, training and environmental exposure and early neurological stimulation into our pups in the critical time of their life to try and ensure well rounded and confident and extremely outgoing puppies.

Michetto Kennels is a kennel dedicated to breeding Long Stock Coat German Shepherds of the finest quality. We are a kennel that prides itself on passing all of the German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia schemes and are a proud member of both Dogs Victoria and the German Shepherd Dog Club of Victoria. I am a small kennel but have an extensive background in both breeding and exhibiting German Shepherds dating back to the 1980's. We breed Working Line German Shepherds (stock coat and long stock coat, producing dogs that are thick boned, solid and most importantly aim for healthy pups that are stable in temperament. Our puppies leave us with lifetime support in obedience/behavioural training. They are suited to experienced homes as family pets or for handlers of sports performance disciplines. We follow the DV breeding Code of Conduct. Our breeding dogs are X-ray scored through the CHED scheme and DNA tested for hereditary disease. Our dogs live with us as family pets on our 5 acre property, they are not housed in a kennel environment. They share our home with our 2 daughters, cats, rabbits and our Doberman, Dalmatian and Leonberger. - Our Process - Those who enquire about a puppy are asked to complete an Expression of Interest Form. Once pups are born we will schedule a meeting with potential owners. From there successful applicants will be notified. We are a small kennel on the coast in Western Victoria. We have been breeding quality shepherds for 9 yrs and have been successfully showing them in the All breeds and Specialty rings. We are super excited to announce that Ripley - *Freinhauf Vendetta A(4:4) Z(0:0) has been confirmed in whelp to the amazing Clyde - *Ch Eroica Catch Me If You Can A(2:1) Z(0:0). This will be the first litter here at Devil’s Run and we are more than excited for what it will bring. Clyde is the 2016 & 2017 National Gold Medal & CC Winner and is the sire of 17 Breed Surveyed Dogs, 2 Bronze Medal winners and 6 National class winners. Clyde is from a well-established mother line with his Dam being the Dual Gold Medal Winner CH Narathor Jazz Diva AZ BSCL1. Ripley placed 2nd Intermediate Bitch at the 2024 National in Adelaide and has been shown sparingly for some excellent results. She is from fully imported blood lines with her sire being *Chili Della Valcuvia (IMP UK) and her mother being *Ica Von Der Zenteiche (IMP DEU). She is prey driven so not recommended with small animals and cats but does have good recall. Good on lead and she is crate trained. She is good with dogs in your own home but she can be defensive if another dog gets to close to her out and about. She walks past other dogs no worries but she is not interested in any contact with them. She currently lives with 10 shepherds (4 Boys & 6 girls) with no issues. She has done abit of lure coursing which she loves but would be better at sprint dog as she doesn't like to run to far from her owner. I purchased her for dog sports as well as breeding however I have since found out her siblings also have some sort of reactivity which makes it a genetic component rather than learnt or unsocialized behavior which I don't want to breed with a dog like this. She did have one accidental litter and she also wasn't a great mother either. So I'd prefer her to be able to live as someone's companion/walking/ running companion. I'm asking $1800 and she has been desexed and up to date with all her vet work.
