We are a small family kennel in South Australia with Mini and Standard Dachshunds. Our family has loved shown and bred dachshunds for four generations. We started with Mini Longs in 1970 then came Mini Smooths and in recent years Standard Smooths. We occasionally have puppies from carefully planned breedings from health tested parents. Puppies are raised in our home and careful consideration is given to puppy placement. A family Kennel Breeding miniature Smooth haired Dachshund from impeccable blood lines. Archie is a pure red and Penny is a shaded red. These dogs have been kept from the last litter as potential breeders. Born 16/10/24 we are waiting to see how they develop and if one or the other has potential. Sire Tikal Franklin 4100309271 Dam Tikal Hazel 4100325791 both bred by Ms BJ Halloran (RIP) 4004359680 from a long line of champion dogs. These dogs have now been desexed. Penny and Archie have been hand reared as where born by caesarean and Mother couldn't feed them. They have been brought up in an active house and are well socialised with people, children, other dogs and animals, are used to domestic activity and are toilet trained.

We are very grateful to Darryl and Joan Cross of Dakley Dachshunds in Queensland for sending us "Maggie", our first mini smooth. I know it was a difficult decision for them trying to sort the 4 sisters out as they were all so even. We cannot thank them enough for our little packet of dynamite, who has won a Best of Breed at the Royal Adelaide Show and several classes in group awards before retiring to the recliner chair and watching DVD's. She presented us with a lovely litter to Supreme Ch. Stardayne Royal Command (Elvis) of which we kept "Tullacrest Walking in Memphis" (Teddy), who through injury cant be shown, but has certainly produced some lovely babies for us and for Stardayne Kennels to carry on with. We have Archie available for adoption certified pedigree Frankzel Archie 5100146165 Archie is pure red. DOB 16/10/24 The litter has been hand reared as were born by caesarean, he is very well socialised and has grown up in a busy family house with other dogs and day cared with other dogs and pets. he will settle in well in any environment. He is wormed, microchipped and vaccinated up to date. Archie has had two vaccinations. He is toilet trained. He is on the main register. So you can show him if you want. Archie has slight "base narrow canines" that should resolve with adult teeth and are not causing any issue currently, see photo of his lower canines. I hung onto him passed the 8 weeks to be sure that his teeth are not going to be an issue, you will still need to keep an eye on them. Therefore he is suitable as a pet only. Base narrow canines affect many small dog breeds and is common in dachshunds. Archie is a very adventurous confident dog, extremely affectionate and well mannered he will bring joy to any household. He is not at all timid and loves to play with children. BORN 4 AUGUST 2023 - Rustriani Dachshunds are proud to offer 2 beautiful mature little terrors raised in our home. Both boys are boisterous, as normal Dachshunds are, and both are through the basics of toilet training, but can have the odd mistake. They are still learning. :) Both are microchipped and have had their full vaccinations including Kennel Cough. Their parents are very sweet natured, easy temperament and loving. The boys all enjoy lots of cuddles (being inside) and hopefully they will be loved and cuddled with their new families. Wonderful natures from both their parents, but being youngsters they are full of life and love zoomies and chewing!! 1 chocolate dapple boy (mature weight about 6.8kg) 1 black and tan boy (mature weight about 5.2kg) Mum is a deep dark chocolate weighing 5.7kg. Dad is a silver dapple weighing 4.3kg. Both are PRA clear therefore puppies will be clear as well. Both Mum and Dad are fully DNA tested and free of all known Dachshund traits and diseases. They are also both clear of SDMD. Boys are registered on Limited, desexed and come with full history, puppy pack, ANKC papers, FULL vaccinations (including Kennel Cough) and vet health care card $3000.
