All Belltirna Airedale litters are well planned with the sire & dam fully DNA health tested (200+ genetic health & 20 physical traits) by a reputable US facility linked to Cornell University or by an Australian facility as well as hip & elbow scored to Dogs Australia requirements. Having owned, trained, groomed and successfully shown Airedales since 1988 I'm also the former Life Time Member & long term Secretary of the Airedale Terrier Assoc NSW (folded 2019). Currently a member of the Airedale Terrier Club of Vic, & various NSW All Breed clubs. All my adult Airedales & Vizsla are house dogs & puppies are raised within the home environment ensuring they're ready physically & emotionally for their forever homes. I have been involved in breeding and showing terriers all my life, beginning with wire fox terriers as a child and graduating to the wonderful Airedale Terrier as an adult. I have been active in the breed, both showing and as a member of the breed club for close to 40 years. Sharing knowledge and love of the breed as a companion/home pet is a passion. My now adult children grew up having Airedales in their life so I have a solid understanding of the value of a family dog and how they enrich our lives. I remain someone passionate about the breed and continue to assist Airedale Terrier owners who just want to share their joy or need some expert advice. I breed for quality not quantity.

And in 2020 as our continuing commitment to improving the Airedale we imported Victor, Lovedale Take Over Bid IID USA (Aust), . Dam is a Am. Ch from Ukraine, Am CH Est Etiam Aurea Stella and Sire Am Gr Ch Brisline's Baron Basil of Woodside, top winning airedale in the US for two years. All the above airedales provide diversity to our planned breeding. We also test our breeding airedales for the PLN genetic mutation. This allows us to breed responsibily.
