We hold 3-4 Meet & Greet INFORMATION Days a year. We invite the public to come to our Centre and meet a variety of adults dogs who live with different families to learn about the breed. We understand how important it is to have dogs with the right temperaments to fit into human society. Started breeding in 1984 and since then have developed our own intensive Puppy Enrichment Program. By the time our pups head off to homes they are experienced in car travel, meeting new dogs, visiting outside homes as well as exploring our farm. We encourage new owners to visit and bond from the times pups are 3 weeks old - even attending some of our puppy classes. Our own dogs live with families and actively involved in Promotional Displays at public venues. Also working in Classes and Workshops. With over 30 years breeding experience (initially GSD now Aussies) we still prefer to only breed perhaps 3 litters a year - this allows us to enjoy the process of working with dogs and still have the time required to raise our pups and support new owners. I have owned Australian Shepherds for 14 years. Currently I compete in a wide range of sports with Rozate Calamity Jane (Indi) and a relative newcomer to the sports arena Rozate Slide Guitar Legend (Fenda). Both dogs enjoy their time spent doing tracking, track and search, rally, obedience, herding, scentwork, tricks, agility and jumping. A registered breeder since 2012, it was not until 2019 that Hailshine Kennels bred our first litter of puppies. It was our aim then and into the future to produce puppies of excellent temperament, suited to the dogs sports arenas but equally at home as much loved family pets. We breed infrequently with our next litter anticipated for December 2022 from our homebred young girl Key (Hailshine Secret of the Loch). This will be her first litter prior to following in her mothers footsteps in the dog sports arenas.

Rozate Kennels has owned Australian Shepherds since 1995 beginning with a bitch from the first litter born here in Victoria. My love of this breed has led to the importation of a number of American Aussies and semen for use in the near future. All breeding stock are hip scored and eye tested. Ausdreaming has just completed the mating of Ausdreaming Round Here (Caydance) to Ch Amerahnn Thunderbolt JC (Storm) and the pups are expected to be born on or around the 8th of March 2025. This litter has the potential to produce Red Tri, Black Tri, Red Merle and Blue Merle. All pups will be fully vaccinated, microchipped and thorough eye examination from Melbourne Eye Vet. Both Parents have excellent hip and elbow scores, Eyes cleared and full DNA Reports. The pups are brought up in a home environment and have interaction with all Adult dogs on to ensure maximum development of their social skills. Pups will be registered as limited register unless negotiated prior to adoption. All pups will undergo Puppy Aptitude testing at 6 weeks(Volhard test) to determine the correct applicant for each pup.
