I fell in love with Pyrenean mountain dogs while travelling through France in my teens. I myself got my first pyre 12 years ago, Im very passionate about the breed and the preservation of its original functionality. I am 4th generation in agriculture to own and breed working dogs. My pyres spend their time guarding chickens and sheep from foxes or socialising with the family (five kids). My focus is to breed healthy, functional pyres with unshakable temperaments

The ellegance of these tall dogs is unmistakeable and when you see the beautiful smile which can only be obtained with the correct head, eyes and tight lips, this type is what we strive for. Gorvin Pyneneans “Aust Ch Taram Belle” & “Aust Ch Shatadoe Arminda” live on and have the run of 10 acres ensuring they are kept very fit, they keep the lambs and the 100's of exhibition poultry safe from the foxes of which there are plenty off- just ask the neighbour’s and how many poultry they have lost. They are in the house on the lounge every evening and above all keep an eye out for the Grandchildren from unfamiliar visitors.
