Cordmaker is a small kennel, breeding only 14 litters in some 30 years. We have produced over 50 champions throughout Australia, America, Canada , New Zealand ,the United Kingdom, Argentina, Japan & Denmark. Striving to produce pulis of excellent quality, generation after generation, our Pulis can boast over 300 Best in Show All Breeds and 20 Specialty wins around the world. We have been involved with showing Pulis since the 1990s. Since this time we have rarely been without one as a companion. We do not breed Pulis, but are happy to help if you have any questions. We selectively breed multi-purpose Pulis excelling in conformation shows, obedience, herding, agility and family companions. All dogs included in our breeding program are hip x-rayed and eye tested. We breed and exhibit both black and white Pulis. Our dogs are raised in a family environment and are well socialised before they leave for their new homes. We provide FREE information and advice to prospective Puli owners, or to current Puli owners, whether you own a Rastaz Puli or not. We provide FREE lifetime grooming advice and assistance to all new puppy owners. All enquiries are welcome. My love for the Puli began in 1990 when I purchased Carrie, (Feketekutya Toffee) my beautiful black masked, silver (fako) girl. I was looking for a breed with intelligence, outgoing nature and willingness to learn for my work in the film industry and, I was instantly smitten with this delightful little dog. It was not until after her death that I discovered how difficult it was going to be to buy another Puli here in Australia that was not black in colour. After many years in fruitless search throughout Australia, I imported a female from Sweden. Since then, genetics have also been added from amongst the best breeders in Hungary and we breed the fako colour as well as black. My dogs are raised on a working farm in the Yarra Valley in a family environment with children and a variety of livestock. All breeding stock has current hip and eye certificates. Our dogs have been successfully shown and also compete in dog sports such as agility and flyball. Advice is freely given on all aspects of the care, grooming and training of Pulik. Our beautiful and successful Bernloch Caarlotta (Jarrahhaus Doomeekwik x Bernloch Wanda) has produced a stunning litter of puppies to the well known and highly awarded Aust Ch Cinderhof Diaablo (Dingo Di Casa Mary x Freinhauf Havoc). We have both a Stock Coat and a Long Coat Boy available. This mating combines many top winning lines and the puppies are looking amazing. Puppies were born 9/11/24 and are ready to go to their new homes early January. We follow the GSDCA guidelines for health testing our breeding stock. Both parents are clear of DM and other hereditary diseases. We are super excited to announce that Ripley - *Freinhauf Vendetta A(4:4) Z(0:0) has been confirmed in whelp to the amazing Clyde - *Ch Eroica Catch Me If You Can A(2:1) Z(0:0). This will be the first litter here at Devil’s Run and we are more than excited for what it will bring. Clyde is the 2016 & 2017 National Gold Medal & CC Winner and is the sire of 17 Breed Surveyed Dogs, 2 Bronze Medal winners and 6 National class winners. Clyde is from a well-established mother line with his Dam being the Dual Gold Medal Winner CH Narathor Jazz Diva AZ BSCL1. Ripley placed 2nd Intermediate Bitch at the 2024 National in Adelaide and has been shown sparingly for some excellent results. She is from fully imported blood lines with her sire being *Chili Della Valcuvia (IMP UK) and her mother being *Ica Von Der Zenteiche (IMP DEU). Both Chili and Ica are proven producers, with Ica being the first Bitch to present a progeny group at a National Show and Trial. Ica is also mother to the 2024 Gold Medal winning LSC bitch.
