Pointmore Deutsch Kurzhaar (German Shorthaired Pointer) I have been associated with the breed since 1988. My Kennel is made up of Australian, German & Serbian Bloodlines with the an emphasis on breeding with performance dogs. My next litter is due in Autumn 2025. A very exciting litter from full German and bloodlines. The pups from the bitch’s first litter were amazing and gone on to be wonderful working dogs and amazing family GSP’s. I breed for temperament, conformation and working ability in the Field and Competition. To have a dog that will perform in the Field for a long time, it must have excellent conformation. My bitches and Sires are DNA tested, Hip and elbow Scored and live a wonderful life on a small farm near Tamworth NSW. The dogs regularly compete in retrieving Trials, Field Trials and hunt fur and feather in various locations in NSW, Qld and Victoria. As well as that, the dogs are family dogs, socializing with kids, horses,cattle, and poultry on the farm. They are fit and swim everyday. They are amazing swimmers. CENTAINE was established 1980 and we pride ourselves on sound, healthy dogs with exceptional temperaments. I have been actively involved in all aspects of this wonderful breed for over 35 years including showing, obedience and Gundog work. I am a life member of The GSP Society of NSW Inc. as well as being involved in many clubs. I have had the pleasure of designing logos and the like for many clubs over the years, including DOGS NSW, ANKC and Golden Retriever Clubs throughout Australia. All our dogs are hip and elbow scored and health tested. While we only breed sparingly, we are very passionate about our how our puppies are raised and trained. I have been very fortunate over the years to know others who have taught me well and shared their knowledge and experience with me. I know I will continue to be mindful of the health, temperament and well being of my dogs and those I breed as well as continuing to enjoy showing and competing in other disciplines. Poseidon is searching for a new home through no fault of his own. At just one year old, Po is a friendly male who is well-socialized but could benefit from some training in obedience and recall. He gets along well with cats, although he may try to chase them until corrected. Po enjoys the company of other dogs and, being still quite young, would thrive with a playmate. However, he would also be perfectly happy in a single-pet household where he can receive all the love and attention. Previously a member of our show team, Po has had some wonderful achievements in the ring. However, he no longer finds the same joy in it as he did when he was younger, and we want him to be in a home where he feels truly happy.
