Kookoora was established in 2014 and is a partnership of Caristabell and Faxbush Cavaliers combined. Yvonne and and myself have been involved with showing and breeding cavaliers for the past 14 years. We are a small kennel where all our cavaliers are much loved family members and live inside the home. We have imported dogs from the USA and Spain from respected breeders and recently imported semen from Canada which resulted in a beautiful successful litter. We are committed to contributing to the future of the breed and support official testing. Our dogs are tested yearly for heart, eyes and all have been DNA tested for Curly Coat/Dry Eye and Episodic Falling Syndrome. We have enjoyed some success in the show ring KOOKOORA HAVE IMPORTED DOGS AND SEMEN FOR HEART HEALTH, SM HEALTH AND TO ADD TO THE LIMITED GENE POOL HERE IN AUSTRALIA. We occasionally have puppies that are bred for quality, soundness, temperament, and health. We do not keep a waiting list and will notify on this site if we have a litter. Janeilcav is a small breeder who strives for consistent quality and health. Our stud breeds beautifully marked puppies from sound championship lines, and performs testing for genetic disorders on our cavaliers. The puppies come micro-chipped, wormed, 1st vaccination, pedigree papers and are usually well on their way to being toilet trained and doggy door trained. Our puppies are $4000 each. We began showing Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in 2021 and aim to breed and show happy and health Cavaliers. Our Cavaliers are wholecolours which means both Ruby and Black and Tan. Parents are from our champion dogs and they are raised inside our home in a busy family environment and socialised as much as possible. Parents are DNA tested and specialist heart tested. Jagger, is a ruby male DOB 2.2.23. He loves playing fetch, is lead & house trained & gets along with all dogs. Very outgoing happy boy. Jagger is crate trained. Jagger holds current heart & eye certificates. Jagger was seeing by the cardiologist on October 2nd. He is DNA clear for diseases relating to the breed. Copies of health certificates will be provided. Vaccinated, heart guard yearly & wormed. I am only looking at homes in & around Brisbane. This is because I have frozen his semen and hope to use him in my breeding program at a later time. Hello! My name is Emerald and I’m 6 months old, I’m looking for my forever home, which is hard for my Mum as she loves me ( what’s not to love) but Mum has my sister too and says she can only keep one of us and it will lovely if I have my own family where I’ll be loved, walked and made to feel special. I’m housetrained ( often sneak on mums bed at night) I’m very good when we go to the cafe on the beach and talk to the other cavaliers we meet there. Cyril (his name can be changed) is very much a youngster at 9 months old, & still advertised in the baby puppy section. With no enquiries ever since he was 6 weeks old, he has grown into a lovely sweet boy. With only 1 descended testicle, he sadly for me, becomes a beautiful pet for somebody else. His gentle nature, lovely markings & soft coat, plus smaller size suggest to me he'd be ideal as a Pets as Therapy candidate.
