KAVKAZ ANGEL is a professional breeding Kennel of Caucasian Shepherd Dogs. We offer selective breeding from Ukraine and Russian Foundation dogs and source blood lines from all over the world. Our aim is to popularise these dogs in Australia and help people find a truly strong and gorgeous animal. KAVKAZ ANGEL KENNEL produces Show and Working quality CAUCASIAN OVCHARKA DOGS. The Breeders of KAVKAZ ANGEL KENNEL are working hard to raise the puppies of each litter to be strong, balanced, with calm nature and protective to their territory. All puppies are raised in the Breeders house and get some basic training as well as time to interact with other animals of the household (rabbit-cat-bird-dogs). The Caucasian Shepherd Dog is a dog with over 2,000 years old roots in the remote mountainous region of the Caucasus in southeastern Europe and KAVKAZ ANGEL KENNEL aims to breed Caucasian Shepherd puppies in order to save and improve the Caucasian Shepherd Breed's best qualities. Our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs are imported from the Caucasus and live with British White cattle and Appaloosa horses on our farm in Victoria, Australia. Our female Sunny, is imported from Tbilisi Georgia and her mother Bassa was born at St. George’s Monastery of Tabakini, where Orthodox priests have been breeding Caucasian Shepherd dogs since 1992. Sunny is the first Caucasian Shepherd Dog to be imported and registered in Australia - the four year long process to import Sunny from Georgia and register the breed in Australia resulted in ANKC Recognition of the Caucasian Shepherd Dog breed on 24 July 2018. Our young male Roki, is from Dusheti, a district of eastern Georgia on the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Mountains known for its seasonal sheep farming. When selecting our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs we apply more than 20 years experience with rare livestock guardian breeds and importing from their countries of origin. The bloodlines of our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs are specifically chosen to represent the traditional Georgian type of Caucasian Shepherd. We live on Tasmania's Wild West Coast and we aim for big healthy dogs that are strong in body and stable in temperament. Caucasian Shepherds are not for the first time dog owner. Only one beautiful little lady left. Nicknamed 'Buttercup' by my daughters, she has the most beautiful, thick, luscious coat, and the cutest, curly tail ever! She is a chunky little monkey too, and so incredibly placid - nothing fazes sweet little Buttercup! Whilst her sisters thought their first hydrobath on Sunday was horrendous, Buttercup took it all in her normal cruisy style. She just kicked back and lay down for the whole experience! Not a worry in the world. She is literally amazing! We can't wait to see how she looks when her ears finally prick up - we bet she'll be absolutely stunning! Due to have her second vaccination with her sisters on Friday (at 10 weeks of age), Buttercup is ready to be welcomed into her new family any time from this weekend onwards. We raise happy, healthy, confident, affectionate Shibees in our family home. As a result, Buttercup can already use a doggie door and is nearly fully house-trained. She loves attention and confidently greets all visitors. She has been socialised (with her Shiba family and two toy poodles) and is interested in our cat, but not overly stimulatd by her. A total sweetheart, Buttercup will make a fabulous family pet and loyal best friend.
