My parents had cattledogs before I was born, my childhood guardian was my dads dog Blue, always beside me. We began with our first pedigreed Australian Cattledog, Berrilyn Blue Debutant in 1982. She became my daughter's shadow as Hilton intended, our Grand kids have always known the joy and comfort of her descendants to share their childhood. Her first pup Azrar Blue Misty went Best in Show Puppy at Singleton and went on to 2nd at Sydney Royal, Her sires sister went Challenge Bitch. We have aimed to continue the heritage of Debbi, Misty and Bindi to keep their descendants to the excellence we started with thanks to Hilton Sinclair all those years ago. We still have occasional litters available tracing back to not only Debutant but her cousin Aust Ch Jellendor Dean Lukin. Our Minor Puppy Bitch Azrar Echo Blu Lady was 2nd in her class and our Minor Puppy Dog, Azrar Blu Phantom Echo Won his class and then, Minor in Show, and my 8 Month old Puppy Dog, Darshu Storm Herald, Won Puppy In Show and Challage Dog at the 2014 Australian Cattle Dog Society Easter specialty show with 100 entries! I am thrilled Robyn Spargo entrusted us with this amazing boy and wish her continued success with her unforgettable boy CH Pureheel Royal Echo, who left me a legacy of lovely puppies.

We are a small kennel located in the New England district of New South Wales. The historic town of Tenterfield sits high up on the Great Dividing Range approx. 1,000 metres above sea level. Our 2 acre property is located to the north of the village, just on the edge of town. Breeding predominantly for reds, we carefully research prospective stud dogs to select those that compliment our bitches. Our breeding stock are DNA tested for hereditary diseases and all pups sold have copies of documentation to confirm these health tests. We aim to produce strong, healthy pups that are true-to-type. I have owned, trained, handled, bred and loved Australian Cattle Dogs for more than 20 years. I am a retired ANKC full panel Agility & Games Judge and currently compete at Tracking as well as in the Show ring. Heelersridge dogs have great drive, are keen to learn and are very biddable. Turrella Kennels was established in 1949 by Cheryls father Alf Ouley (kennel is now 70 years old).The dogs are handled by both Cheryl & Arthur.The Turrella dogs are well known, winning at many major shows with multiple Best In Shows All Breeds, Specialty & Semi Specialty shows. Breeding both red & blue cattle dogs, & producing 69 champion titles so far worldwide & two grand champions, 1 International,3 neutered champions (Queenie was the first to title in Aust.),1 CD,1 CDX,1 AD & 1JD. Exporting 74 dogs to 20 countries. Our dogs are tested for PRA, HIP & ELBOW SCORED & BAER TESTED. When exporting, these tests & good test results are important. Frozen semen is now available in USA, through Scrubbycreek kennels (Mark Bamberry).We have frozen semen in Australia, with Progenetics (Grant Chalk) but could not get it off him, was trying for 2 years, had 3 tribunals at court, was finally converted to cash in court, garnishee orders got my money. At MOOREVALLEY, We have only a very small breeding program that consists of our personal dogs we use on our farm. Our emphasis is to produce a working livestock dog that can be utilized in working fields as well as a well balanced family dog with clear health. Our aim is to produce a dog that has strong working abilities and has the following attributes: high prey drive, strong stock focus, solid nerves under pressure, highly trainable and responsive to commands, sound environmental exposure, exceptional agility and athleticism and last but not least, a sound temperament around the kids and family is paramount. Not only do we want to produce a great working dog, but we also want to produce a great looking dog. Our dogs have nice thick and solid bone, large frames, large heads, thick muzzles and great dark pigment. Our pups are raised on a farm and have been exposed to goats, sheep, cattle, horses, cats, chickens, birds and the most important which is our kids. We breed to improve the breed and working ability and our dogs need to have sound temperaments to not only help us work our livestock, but to also be great pets around our family. Sadly I have decided to re-home my 3yo red male Aust Champion Heelersridge The Power Of One. Arlo has a loving nature and energy to burn. He just loves to run and unfortunately, due to my age and health, I cannot give him the life he deserves. He is from excellent champion bloodlines and is Dogs NSW pedigree registered. He has been predominantly a kennel dog, but has spent some time in the house with me so I am confident he would adjust nicely to indoor life. Arlo is lead trained, crate trained and keen to learn anything you might like to teach him. He is fully DNA tested and is clear for all known hereditary diseases, his vaccinations and worming are up to date. Although he is de-sexed, and a lover not a fighter, I feel he would be better as a one dog family (or with a female dog) as he has been an active stud dog. I will only consider the best of homes, and preferably somewhere rural (not suburban) and with someone that has had cattle dogs before. This is a very hard decision for me and I am not in a hurry for him to leave, so only the very best of homes will be considered.
