We're super excited to announce that a fresh new look and feel are coming to Dogz Online around a few key areas:
- Breeder Listings
- Puppy for Sale Ads
- Older Dog Ads
- and Dog Profiles
These new updated looks will be much cleaner, offer more space for members to share details about your program and dogs, and make it much easier for potential puppy buyers to reach out to you.
Important: The new design will be updated live to the public in the next 3-4 weeks, and we will require members to update new details on your account to ensure that your Breeder Listings and Puppy/Older Dog Ads are not flagged as incomplete
There are a total of 3 tasks for member's to complete. Follow the Video Guides by clicking the video link below, or follow the steps below.

Task 1: If you currently have Breeder Listing(s) on the site, please update it now
Watch this Video Guide (2 min 20 secs) or follow the steps below to update your information on your Breeder Listings.
Important: You will need to complete this for each individual Breeder Listing that you have (i.e if you have 2+ breeder listings, please follow the steps below for each Breed)
- Step 1: Login to your Dogz Online account, and Go to the Members Section
- Step 2: Select "Breeder Listings" In the Navigation Menu in the Members Section
- Step 3: Click "Edit Listing" for the Breeder Listing you'd like to edit
- Step 4: You will notice new additions at the bottom of the screen under "Details About Your Program", please update each of the key new sections
- Included with Puppies: What puppy owners can expect to come with their new puppies. This will save to your member profile, and you only need to do it once for future Puppy for Sale Ads and Older Dog Ads. You can update it at any time.
- Include with Puppies - Breeder Notes (Optional): any other comments, notes, or additions that may come with the puppies. This will save to your member profile, and you only need to do it once for future Puppy for Sale Ads and Older Dog Ads. You can update it at any time.
- Getting Your Dog Home: different methods of how a buyer an expect to get their puppy
- Manage your Past Litters Gallery (Optional): add additional photos to showcase previous litters / photos from your program
- Step 5: Once Complete Process the Changes
- Step 6 (Optional): Add more photos to your Breeder Listing. These photos will show as a carousel at the top of your Breeder Listings.
Task 2: If you currently have a Puppy for Sale Ads on the site, please update it now.

Important: You will need to complete this for each individual Puppy for Sale Ad
- Step 1: Login to your Dogz Online account, and Go to the Member's Section
- Step 2: Select "Puppy For Sale Ads" In the Navigation Menu in the Member's Section
- Step 3: Click "Edit" for the Puppy For Sale Ad you'd like to edit
- Step 4: You will notice new additions to this page, please fill out the new areas and once complete, click "Submit New Listing" at the bottom.
- Price: you can display this is "Price On Request" or provide a price range
- Total Puppies in this Litter: you can either select a number, unsure, or prefer not to answer
- Included with Puppies: What puppy owners can expect to come with their new puppies. If you have already updated your Breeder Listing, your previous answers will have already saved. If you update it to new details here again, it will save the new changes as your default answers for your Breeder Listing, and future puppy for sale ads, and older dog ads
- Include with Puppies - Breeder Notes (Optional): any other comments, notes, or additions that may come with the puppies. If you have already updated your Breeder Listing, your previous answers will have already saved. If you update it to new details here again, it will save the new changes as your default answers for your Breeder Listing, and future puppy for sale ads, and older dog ads
- Upload Litter or Puppy Photos (Optional): Add more photos to your puppy ad
- Would you like to showcase the parents (Optional): You can add the Name's of the Sire and Dam of the Litter, and Link them to an Active Dog Profile on Dogz Online
Task 3: If you currently have an Older Dog Ad For Sale on the site, please update it now.

- Step 1: Login to your Dogz Online account, and Go to the Member's Section
- Step 2: Select "Older Dog Ads" In the Navigation Menu in the Member's Section
- Step 3: Click "Edit" for the Older Dog Ad you'd like to edit
- Step 4: You will notice new additions to this page, please fill out the new areas and once complete, click "Submit New Listing" at the bottom.
- Sex: you can select the sex of the dog
- Age (Optional): you can select the age of the dog
- Included with Puppies: What puppy owners can expect to come with their dog. If you have already updated your Breeder Listing, your previous answers will have already saved. If you update it to new details here again, it will save the new changes as your default answers for your Breeder Listing, and future puppy for sale ads, and older dog ads
- Include with Puppies - Breeder Notes (Optional): any other comments, notes, or additions that may come with the dog. If you have already updated your Breeder Listing, your previous answers will have already saved. If you update it to new details here again, it will save the new changes as your default answers for your Breeder Listing, and future puppy for sale ads, and older dog ads
- Upload Photos for Your Mature Dog Ad: Add more photos to your Older Dog Ad
- Pedigree Details (Optional): You can now add details of the pedigree of the dog to share on the Older Dog Ad to puppy buyers
Changes to Dog Profiles:
Your Dog Profiles will not require any changes or updates from members, however, they will also get a nice new look and feel!

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ 1: When will the new updated designs be available on the site?
We anticipate the new updated designs will be live on the website in about 3-4 weeks. We encourage you to let your fellow members know in case they miss our notifications to update their accounts. Members that have not updated their Information on their Breeder Listings, Puppy Ads, or Older Dog Ads may risk their profile being listed as incomplete.
FAQ 2: How do these updates benefit our community?
We are updating the look and feel of the Dogz Online website to a more modern, updated look, that helps members manage their listings and profiles better, add more information about your breeding program and your dogs. It also allows puppy buyers to engage better with your profiles, learn about your program, learn about upcoming availabilities, and easily submit enquiries and applications to you. This is a big step in our investment in improving the Dogz Online, and growing the awareness of the website, and further promotion of our community of Registered Dogs Australia Breeders.
FAQ 3: I don't have any Puppy Ads or Older Dog Ads on the site at the moment - do I need to do anything?
If you have a Breeder Listing on your account, you will need to update your information on your Breeder Listing, and for each individual breeder listing that you have (i.e. for each breed). However, if you do not have a Puppy Ad or Older Dog Ad, you do not need to do anything in these areas, but you can watch the videos provided previously to see what the new changes are to these areas.
FAQ 4: I have a member profile, but no Breeder Listings, Puppy Ads, or Older Dog Ads - do I need to do anything?
No, you do not need to do anything if you do not have Breeder Listings, Puppy Ads, or Older Dog Ads on your account. If you have Dog Profiles, they will also just automatically update to the new design, but you also don't need to do anything either. Watch this video (23 secs) to learn more
