Hi! My name is Sarah and I am the owner, groomer, exhibitor and breeder of Samuy Samoyeds.

We are located in Toowoomba, Queensland, and established as a small home based, family run kennel in 2019.

I purchased my first Samoyed in 2016 from the “Leap Year” litter of Tazovsky Samoyeds, and we haven’t looked back since.

Samuy Samoyeds is now home to our little Shetland Sheepdog, Pepper, a menagerie of birds and of course, our 5 gorgeous Samoyeds -

Our dogs and puppies are all raised as part of our family in a very loving home environment. We show our dogs on our free weekends and win or lose, we are so proud of our dogs and the effort they go to just to please us.

With years of confirmation showing experience, we are now working on our next goal of breeding healthy, happy and sound puppies with the correct temperament and type.

Our expertise extends beyond breeding we are well-versed in canine nutrition, holistic health practices, and bodywork techniques and animal communication. We prioritise the well-being of our dogs, ensuring they receive the best care possible to promote their overall health mind, body and spirit.

At our kennel, we believe that a nurturing environment is essential for raising well-rounded Samoyeds. With our commitment to their health and development, we strive to produce not just beautiful dogs, but also loving companions that enrich the lives of their future families.
We complete thorough health testing including but not limited to: Hips/Elbows, Eyes, DNA, BAT.
First and foremost, our Samoyeds are family. They are raised as family, raised on a raw species appropriate diet and are well trained to ensure a very happy lifestyle.

We are fortunate to have some incredible lines behind our beautiful dogs. Including Classicana, Vashka, Samspring, Snowmist, Zamoyski, Roybridge, Shacar and Sunmist.

We are hoping to have some puppies within the next year. The parents' of our breeding dogs are titled and we believe in breeding quality over quantity.

We apologise for not being in a position to answer all emails and calls as we have been overwhelmed with enquiries for puppies, rehomes and rescues. Saving one Samoyed will not change the world, but surely for that one Samoyed, the world will change forever.

With our first Sammy loved in 1991 and with our show debut in 1998, Samoyeds have had our love and respect and have always been a large part of our family and social life for the past 30 years.

We have enjoyed showing 12 champions, 8 of which are Shacar bred. What a beautiful world it would be, if people had hearts like Samoyeds. We take full advantage of all health screening and selective breeding stock are always hip, elbow and ACES eye tested. All breeding dogs are DNA genetic analysis profiled and all puppies are DNA fingerprinted, bile acid tested and litter eye examined before leaving home.

Our mission is to promote excellence in breeding of temperamentally and physically sound pure bred Samoyeds and to be accountable for individual Shacar Samoyeds across Australia and around the world. Anytime and anywhere, the whole world loves a Samoyed. Although no human can, or will ever play God, health backed guaranteed, family raised puppies are sometimes available to approved, forever homes.
