Our love for Briards has extended over thirty years and during this time we have exhibited and promoted our breed in the show ring throughout NSW with great success. Our two recent dogs, Boots and Puddles have performed exceptionally well in Conformation Shows, winning multiple age groups. Of particular note was Boots’ performance in winning a Best in Show award as a Junior, dog. This success has generated within us a desire to spread our good fortune and success to others by commencing a breeding program under the breeder’s prefix Coevante.
Our aim is to promote the breed through developing sound and well-tempered dogs, that demonstrate the true characteristics of this breed which has been described as a “a heart wrapped in fur”.
We are very fortune to announce that our first litter will be due on 2nd May 2022.

The mum is from Japanese bloodline. DOB : 20/10/24 Color: red Gender: 1 girl PERSONALITY: she is very GENTLE and QUIET. She is much CALMER than normal shiba babies. Every time when she gets new toys or is offered new food, she just sits there and watch. She is so gentle and never “fight” with other pups. Currently, we call her Rowling. She is such a sweetheart, who successfully melted our heart:) We breed for beauty and temperament. We try our best to match the puppy to the family. I always answer all messages.Puppies are born and raised in a family environment with plenty of interaction with other dogs, children and visitors. We play with our puppies each day and they all know they are loved from the moment they are born. They spend the first four weeks in the house and then have a play area where they are visible and protected. Only one beautiful little lady left.

Nicknamed 'Buttercup' by my daughters, she has the most beautiful, thick, luscious coat, and the cutest, curly tail ever!

She is a chunky little monkey too, and so incredibly placid - nothing fazes sweet little Buttercup!

Whilst her sisters thought their first hydrobath on Sunday was horrendous, Buttercup took it all in her normal cruisy style.
She just kicked back and lay down for the whole experience! Not a worry in the world. She is literally amazing!

We can't wait to see how she looks when her ears finally prick up - we bet she'll be absolutely stunning!

Due to have her second vaccination with her sisters on Friday (at 10 weeks of age), Buttercup is ready to be welcomed into her new family any time from this weekend onwards.

We raise happy, healthy, confident, affectionate Shibees in our family home. As a result, Buttercup can already use a doggie door and is nearly fully house-trained. She loves attention and confidently greets all visitors. She has been socialised (with her Shiba family and two toy poodles) and is interested in our cat, but not overly stimulatd by her. A total sweetheart, Buttercup will make a fabulous family pet and loyal best friend.
