The Smooth Fox Terrier

Appearance

Short coat mainly white usually with tan or black markings approx. 14.5---15.5 inches tall.

History

The Smooth Fox Terrier was used for dispatching vermin,and originally to join the hunt ,carried in saddle bags on horseback,then when the fox went to ground or up a hollow tree these fiesty dogs job was to dislodge the fox from his hideout,and flush him out into the open so the hunt could continue.

Happy ,fun loving clowns,very alert and quite protective of their home and family.
