At Merthyr quality comes first! Established in 1972, Merthyr Corgis are well known throughout the world represented by Champions in Australia, America, Canada, South Africa and of course many in New Zealand.

New to our Kennel is the lovely Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Very occasional litters will be planned, when we want a new pup to show. All breeding stock is carefully selected and any health testing requirements are meet before a mating will be considered. Enquiries welcome.

Our corgis are not just pets, they are cherished members of our loving family. We have taken pride in socialising, training, and showing our corgis, ensuring they develop wonderful temperaments. These adorable Christmas pups will be ready to join their forever homes starting December 25th, on limited registration with Dogs SA. Each puppy will come fully vaccinated, microchipped, vet-checked, regularly wormed, and well socialised. To help your new fluffy friend settle in, each Corgi puppy will include a puppy pack containing a cosy new bed, toys, both wet and dry food by Royal Canin, and all relevant paperwork in a binder. We are committed to providing a lifetime of support to our buyers, ensuring a smooth transition for both you and your new companion. 2 females, 12 weeks old, both red and white. 1 fluffy. Looking for there forever home. Reared in home, well socialised, friendly outgoing, and love cuddles. Male and Female Red/White and Tri pups available early December. Parents have full genetic profile. The pups will be Dogs Qld registered, vaccinated, vet checked and micro-chipped and wormed regularly. Pups will come with a puppy pack. Pups love their afternoon play in the yard with the grandkids.

We have 2 pups available from our current litter born 23 September 2024. There is currently 1 male and 1 female red and white pups available ( both with tails). These pups are now 8 weeks old and are ready to go to their new homes. The puppies have been well handled since birth ( mum Dusty outdid herself and produced 9 gorgeous pups) as we were supplementing feed from Day 1. The puppies have been vaccinated and microchipped. They have been wormed fortnightly. The pups have been reared on a premium kibble in conjunction with BARF puppy mixture. Pups will go to their new homes with sufficient food to make the transition easier. Our pups are reared in the home and are socialised with some of our other dogs. They have had time to run and play in our grassed front yard ( under supervision). These pups will be registered with Dogs NSW on Limited registration meaning that they are not to be bred from or shown but can still participate in other dog sports such as agility, scentwork, obedience etc. The pups will go on a desex contract that requires them to be desexed once they reach adequate maturity ( between 8 and 12 months). My pups go to their new homes with a puppy pack to make the transition easier. I am always available to provide support for my puppy buyers. Corshelgi Corgis are offering for sale: One young, healthy 3 year old red and white female Corgi looking to be placed. Halo Corshelgi Apache Spirit Angel is desexed and vaccinated DOB 23/7/2021 Halo is a very calm, loving girl who just loves attention and cuddles. She has such a gentle nature and is excellent with children and other dogs. She loves to play ball and go for walks, is very good in the car and is crate trained. She has also completed basic obedience training to Red level. For anyone wanting to start showing Halo can be placed on the Main Register in the Neutered Group. My wife would like someone in the Newcastle or Central Coast area who is willing to attend Corgi catch ups from time to time with other Corshelgi Corgi puppy owners. Tooshort - A Lil French Kiss (aka Brie/Brienie) Brie is 1 of 4 in Reigns first litter and my first keeper to run on in the show ring (also the little baby on our logo). Unfortunately we cannot keep them all and I know she will do well in a family with young children. This is one of the hardest decisions to make when you bottle feed babies and raise them from day 1. She is exuberant, super friendly, gets along with other dogs and people (we have chickens and she does chase them, so heads up for cat households, as we don’t have cats). Is a bit full of herself but has an off switch, she is crate trained and will run straight to her crate when its dinner time. I am taking expressions of interest for her future forever home, and it needs to be the right home for her. She will be desexed, main register with ANKC if you wish to show her in the neuter class and dabble in dog showing (you would need to be a member of your state body too, happy to help mentor you in showing),UTD on vaccinations and worming. As well as lifetime support,I am also happy to continue to groom her, if the timing / days and distance work. She is currently 19months young & I’m proud to say shes matured beautifully. Her biggest achievements have been; *placed 4th at the NSW Corgi specialty in 2024.
