We are a small kennel located in Gippsland Victoria.
Our dogs are part of our family first and foremost, although they have all had reasonable success in the show ring.
When we have a litter we aim to improve on what we already have in our home.
Aust Ch Silvasheen Hit the Road Jack (Odin) is our stud dog.
We decided to look for a bitch to compliment Odin and after an extensive search we brought Aust Ch Griswold Time in Motion (Xena) in to our home and Odin instantly loved her even as a baby.Two years later we then brought Aust Ch Griswold Vienna Romance ( Freya) in to the family.

Established in 1990 Silverodhar Weimaraner's is extremely excited to announce that we are expecting the arrival of puppies in December. This is our first litter after a fifteen-year break from breeding these beautiful dogs. Our beautiful Maggie (Aus Ch Bromhund Makin Magic) has been bred to the handsome Jagger (Aus Ch Bromhund you're so vain) both parents have been DNA tested, and hip and elbow scored. These puppies will be raised in a fantastic farm environment with people and animals. When purchasing a puppy from Silverodhar Weimaraner's you can expect your puppy to come to you registered with dogs Victoria, microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked. They will leave us to go to their new families with an extensive puppy pack and support for you puppy is only ever a phone call away. Unfortunately choosing your puppy is no longer available these days. Your puppy will be carefully matched to its new family and whilst you do not get to choose, you're very welcome to come to the farm for a visit and talk about your preferences. This approach may not suit everyone, but we want our puppies to match their family and make sure they are going to have a great life with their new family. Sam was living on a 100acre property until his owner had a stroke and now cannot walk or even feed himself. He was a much loved dog and his owners were upset at having to rehome him.
He went to a foster home until we could find him a forever home. He took a day or so to fit in, as would be expected, but quickly settled in. Sam is a strong fit 7 year old desexed male who walks nicely on a lead and is obedience trained with the basic commands. He is house trained and very affectionate. He would love the company of family who is working from home or about most of the time and would also love another dog, female only being a male Weimaraner, although I think human company would be his preference if he had to choose.
Sam did fly down to Sydney with the expectation of a forever home, but unfortunately the new owner’s husband had to go into hospital and he was too strong for his elderly wife. So we really are looking for an owner who understands the Weimaraner and is willing to spend some time helping this boy settle into a forever home. A little effort would be rewarded by a loyal, friendly and gentle addition to the family.
