We are a small breeder of Standard Salt and Pepper Schnauzers located in Tweed Heads (NSW/QLD border).

We have only one girl (Lexie) and she is our third child. Lexie is much loved family dog. She has the most wonderful personality, she is very clever dog and she is amazing with little kids.

All our puppies are raised inside the family home with two young children, with plenty of love, attention and cuddles. They have their own bedroom for the comfort and fully fenced outside area to play as well.

All pups are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and registered with Dogs NSW.

Also, I had this beautiful breed back in the Czech Republic for over 12 years.

We breed delightfully-natured, true to type salt & pepper standard schnauzers who are lovingly and attentively home-reared with close attention to their needs for socialisation and diverse early experience. From English lines, our dogs are strong and healthy with outstanding genetics; our foundation bitch is a much-awarded Australian Champion.

Having shown and owned (been owned by) schnauzers for 25 years, we are well familiar with the breed and will give you ongoing support and encouragement in your schnauzer journey. Our pups come wormed, microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked and are accompanied by a take home puppy pack consisting of their vaccination record, microchip information, a rug and/or toy with the scent of Mum & siblings and, for local homes, 500g of puppy food.

Please note that we do have an expression of interest process, schnauzers are not a breed for everyone and our focus is on determining 'best fit' for pups and prospective homes. If you think you would be a suitable home for one of our dogs, please email sharing something of your personal circumstance and why you think you are an appropriate schnauzer parent. If we feel you may be a possible match for one of our pups when they are available, we will call you to have a conversation and go from there.

I have two female dogs Ruby and her daughter Pearl. Both DNA tested and have a clear bill of health. I am striving to breed family dogs of quality, substance, type, soundness and temperament who is committed to the preservation and improvement of the wonderful Standard Schnauzer breed. I only breed one litter at a time and mating’s are planned with great care and consideration. Our puppies come with a puppy pack, Dogs NSW limited registration,Vaccinated, Wormed, Vet Checked, Micro-chipped, information on diet and care.

Both Ruby and Pearl are beautiful natured dogs and also match all the Standard Schnauzer traits physically and in temperament. My puppies are reared with our three small children and and are well socialised before they leave to their new homes. Standard Schnauzers are not for everyone so I do have an application process to assist in matching our puppies with future homes. Please apply under applications. I am always available for any questions before and after our puppies find their forever homes.

We have owned Schnauzers since 1992 starting with a miniature schnauzer. We then obtained our first standard schnauzer in 1993. Our dogs have always been family pets and participated in obedience training as well as showing.
We have always had a very keen interest in the breed. Now our family has grown up, giving us time to concentrate on showing and to start our breeding program. Our foundation dogs are from imported European lines, all have wonderful temperaments as do their parents.
Our aim is to breed quality Schnauzers following the European lines with good temperaments & soundness being a priority.
All our dogs are hip and elbow scored.

* Breaking News * More than we could hope for - Grossbotwar together with Doenitz Schnauzers and the support of Mrs Hilary Lockyer UK announces introduction of new European bloodline into Australia. Our proven girl CH Doenitz Valentina has a litter to Invidea Dios Riquardo at Miccosukees (imp RUS) which will be shared to improve the Schnauzer genetics in Australia. Pedigree available on request.

We have two puppies still available from Val's daughter CH Grossbotwar Xtreme Persistence 'Storm's litter.

For information about these family pets and some with breeding and show potential, please speak to Mariette or Mark.

They will be available to go to their new home in mid-late September. We welcome families to visit and meet us and our dogs.
