The Giant Schnauzer has medium to high maintenance requirements for excercise and grooming as the coat does require stripping for the show dog - pets can be clipped. Giant Schnauzers require a good deal of social and mental stimulation

Munchener has been involved with Pepper & Salt Giant Schnauzers since 1989. Schnauzers of all sizes have been a part of our family since the 1960s. The Pepper & Salt Giant Schnauzer is a rare breed with only 1 in 15 Giant Schnauzers being Pepper & Salt in colour. We are working closely with dedicated breeders overseas and through our breeding programme and by selectively importing hope to further develop and promote the breed in Australia. We have imported from Germany, Sweden, UK and USA. Our latest import is Hungarian Junior Champion Australian Grand Champion Silver Senator Kaoma Night ( Prima) from Hungary.All our dogs are health tested.

Our next litter is planned for September 2022 sired by Int Ch Ger Ch Prinz vom Kleinen Büffel BH AD FH1 FH2 IGP3 (imp Gmy, frozen semen) out of Ch Munchener Silverschatz von Mondo. All puppies will be black, but carrying the pepper & salt gene.
