Over the years we have imported 8 quality rottweilers.
We currently have 3 imported males from Germany at home..
We export overseas occasionally

All litters are carefully planned from health tested parents complying with NRCA Standards.. Temperaments are carefully checked prior to breeding

All. Puppies are raised in our home and are well socialised prior to leaving us.
Careful consideration is given to puppy placement and all puppies are sold strictly on ANKC Limited Register or Main Register by negotiation.

Our bitches have good nerve, tenacity and prey drive, whilst being a great family dog who are very social. Excellent movement and type. Our breeding stock has always been carefully chosen and screened for Hip/Elbow Displasia, Eye & Mouth faults and JLPP clear results.

Our litters are planned to improve the breed with complete care and attention. All puppies are raised in a socialised environment and placed with careful attention to their new home and sold on the Limited Register (Main Register by negotiation).

Obenschutz is home of the well nurtured and happy Rottweilers. Excellent genetics and temperament. Our goal first and foremost to breed family dogs. As a former corrections officer in a supermax security facility in the United States, I worked with various breeds. When I came to Australia and traveled for work in the security industry, I would leave my wife, who is a doctor, home alone. So I chose the Rottweiler because I wanted a loyal, intelligent, easily trainable dog to be her guardian and companion. I was fortunate enough to find a highly intelligent working line Rottweiler, who is just as physically suited to military and police work and still take to shops, festivals and beach during the day, and be a couch potato and cuddle bug while watching tv at night. Our boy Hunter is trim and muscular with a regal presence. He has a large proportionate and handsome head, athletic body and drive. When picking a female, I wanted to complement Hunter's strengths and temperament. Our female Ziva is athletic with a nice head and a solid build. She has a chilled personality, is highly intelligent and loyal with great guarding instincts. With the combination of these two amazing parents, we are expecting some outstanding family guardians and companions to be the newest members of your family.
