Quality bloodlines and breeding with hip/elbow scored and DNA profiled and tested ridgebacks. Involved with the breed for over thirty years. Sound temperament and healthy dogs are priorities. A Small kennel, breeding multiple show champions, with 2 Grand champions, and others also titled in lurecoursing. Started in the breed only to show and enjoy as pets, continued into limited breeding to produce good quality dogs. My dogs are well socialized with showing and travelling. Show and pets sometimes available. Breed advice helpfully given. My dogs are sold to suitable homes only with Breeder backup with advice and help given. All puppies go with 6 week pet insurance (depending on company) Fully vet checked and vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Free bag of food, and food vouchers. Full two week refund of puppy price, if returned in the same condition on departure. Registration papers will be sent out after sale of puppies due to parentage testing done to conform to Dogs Queensland Rules. We are a small family orientated kennel located in the Scenic Rim. We aim to bred for sound temperament, athleticism, well adjusted dogs who are part of our family. All breeding dogs are health tested, DNA profiled and Hip and Elbow scored.

Our love of dogs began in childhood. Liz regularly participated in dog shows with her parents who successfully bred Wire Haired Fox Terriers and West Highland White Terriers. Our love of Rhodesian Ridgebacks began in 2018, our first ridgeback joined the family who was followed by a second in 2020. This re-ignited Liz's passion for showing dogs and this quickly became the soon to be retirement interest, along with playing golf of course. The joyous memories of childhood, friendships, adventures and love of family is how we came about our name of Lovatpride. Lovat was the prefix name that belonged to Liz's parents so we are proud to continue this tradition.

Our home is set on 5 acres where our dogs are exposed to native wildlife and share their home with children, cats, other dogs and horses. They love to run and chase each other which has led us to the sport of Lure Coursing.

Puppies are available now to caring and loving forever homes. We aim to match puppies to families individual needs. Full support is provided.

RockRidges, established in 2006, is a boutique Kennel situated on acerage in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Our puppies are born and lovingly raised within our family home. They are fed only premium quality food, with plenty of toys and obstacles to enrich their young minds. Our puppies are also used to car journeys and trips out in the big wide world prior to leaving us from 8 weeks.
