ABOUT ME - As President of the Australian Prague Ratter Club & the country's longest-standing breeder, I have been dedicated to preserving and enhancing the breed in Australia since 2008. I am committed to the highest standards by importing top-quality Prague Ratters from the Czech Republic. I carefully source dogs from award-winning breeders to ensure health, temperament, & conformation excellence.

HISTORY - The Prazsky Krysarik, or Prague Ratter, is a rare breed with a history dating back to the 8th century. Originating in the Czech Republic, these dogs were once cherished by nobility & royalty, often gifted to foreign rulers as symbols of diplomacy & friendship. Initially favoured for their elegance & agility in royal courts, Prague Ratters later became popular among commoners for their rat-hunting skills.
TEMPERAMENT - Known for their intelligence, ease of training, and affectionate nature, Prague Ratters are agile, quick, & display natural nobility. They are slightly reserved with strangers but incredibly loyal & friendly within their families, thriving on human companionship & involvement in daily life. Gentle, curious, and loving, they are ideal companions for all ages.

We are excited to announce the safe arrival of beautiful longhair babies from 'Heidi' Champion Waldwiese Worlds Apart and 'Neeko' Dual Champion (T) Waldwiese Xplain Yourself (AI). These babies will be ready to leave for their new homes after November 30th. Prior to breeding all of our dogs undergo full health testing for Hyperuricosuria, Hypomyelination, Spinal Dysraphism and Degenerative Myelopathy along with Hip and Elbow x-rays. Puppies come with Dogs SA pedigree, vaccination certificate, microchipping, wormed and 12 months membership to the Weimaraner Club of SA. Every one of the pups we breed comes with lifetime support and 6 weeks health insurance. All of our litters are reared in a family environment and well socialized with both people and other dogs.
